Secret CIA office spent two decades recovering UFOs from around the world and has at least nine of them in its possession. NewsNation special correspondent Ross Coulthart weighs in on "Elizabeth Vargas Reports."

A Senate measure would eventually make government records on UFOs and nonhuman intelligence public as well as claim eminent domain over any recovered technology or biological evidence of nonhuman intelligence. Sources say, though, that some are trying to weaken the bill, while opponents say the measure is poorly written.

"They didn't explicitly. But think about it... If the only thing they decided to change was the commercial interests forfeiture of material, that means enough of them expect there to be material that needs forfeiting.
