All of you who know who you really are, and know that you are there to help, are going to aid and assist in the transition to becoming part of a galactic community, and you are there to help others who will struggle mightily with all the changes that will be occurring in all the sectors and all the systems that you have there on Earth.
You are moving into some topsy-turvy times, and you need people like yourselves to be the anchors, to be the ones who let everyone else know that this is all according to plan, and everything is happening as it should be. What you can do to allow in more of the energies of August 2026 is hydrate yourselves, ground yourselves, spend time opening up and receiving what is coming to you, not only from our star system, but from all the star systems in the galaxy.

Transcript: My understanding of that is limited because, again, Bashar hasn't talked a lot about it, but there is definitely an extraterrestrial underground base there. A lot of what you may be referring to may be in connection to the fact that this base exists. I'm sure there's a portal there that their ships can go in and out of, and that humans may sometimes interact with. Furthermore, there are definitely factions of our government—or certain scientific factions—that are aware of that extraterrestrial base and are interacting with the ETs there, as well as in several other bases.

Hi, I have just finished rereading this book. I had read it probably 5+ years ago, but I noticed it is free on Amazon Kindle.
I believe it is a channeled story through Suzanne Lie. It details the story of Mytria and Mytre, two Pleiadean beings who fall in love. Their life journeys are not only intertwined, but also with the Ascension of their Pleiadian planet, Alycone. In the beginning of the book, Mytria says that she is a higher expression of the author, Suzanne.
The first part of the book follows Mytria and the unfolding of her life path as a keeper of the Violet Flame on Alycone. Later, the book follows Mytre's perspective, and his time on board an Arcturian Mothership. He is a commander in the Ashtar command.

I was going to say, at the end of the book, it has some very "deep" or more technical parts on how the Arcturian mothership operates. It also follows Mytre's mental / psychological journey during that time, and it can be a little challenging to read / understand.

It is important for you to do so because you ultimately want to enjoy the ride, and because you have already chosen to be on a path of ascension, you know you are going to be on the ride for quite some time. You also know that there are many different timelines for you to choose from, and, in this very moment, you are choosing a timeline with your expectation, with your beliefs, and with your vibration. You are going to get something that resembles what you are vibrating right now, and then, when you shift your vibration, you are going to get something else that reflects that back to you.
And so, you all are very much in the driver's seat there on planet Earth, and you don't have to worry, and it doesn't serve you to worry anyway. So, why would you? That is a question to ask yourself when you start to go down an unwanted, negative timeline in your mind. Ask yourself the question of, 'Why would I think about all of these things happening that I really don't want to happen?' In some way, you think that it serves you to do so. Otherwise, you wouldn't do it.
When you remind yourselves that you do create your reality, then you can start to go down a positive timeline where you are getting more of what you want and humanity is thriving. And when you do that, you feel good. You get the immediate benefit of feeling better in your physical body, and that is your indicator that you are pointing yourself in the right direction. So, you have your feelings to guide you always, and you have your thoughts and your points of focus as your tools. You can use those tools however you want to, and you know that you are using them correctly when you are feeling good in the process.
Now, of course, there will be times when you don't feel so good on your journey, but you can always use those times to experience more growth and to change yourselves in all the ways that you absolutely need to change. You can use anything that comes your way in a positive way and to catapult you beyond where you have been before. As you move forward on your journey, take baby steps when you don't know exactly where you are headed, and leap forward when you do. But you will continue to move forward no matter what.
There is no backsliding; there is no regressing, even when it feels that way. Even when your life circumstances take a turn for the worse, it is always then up to you to get the most out of whatever it is you are experiencing. And, again, you have your thoughts and what you focus on to utilize as tools to move you in the right direction, to guide you slowly but surely towards the brighter future that some of you can see and some of you can feel, but not all of you are so certain about.
Those of you who can be stable in your approach to the future are there to help others and to guide them towards that better-feeling future. Tell your story of what you see for humanity to counterbalance all the stories that there are out there of cataclysmic events and doom and gloom. Of course, life on planet Earth is going to be changing a lot in the next three to five years, but it's going to be changing for the better, and you get to decide what kind of ride it is for you.

It is quite impressive what you are doing there on planet Earth at this time. You are moving from a lot of darkness into a lot of light, and you are doing so while experiencing a lot of pain, a lot of hardships, and many of you entered into these lives with many disadvantages. You actually wanted to see how far you could go in a single lifetime, which is why you were born into the circumstances that you were. You were born into that density and that dimension, knowing that there would be a lot of energies, a lot of thought forms and beliefs around that would be very enticing for you to play in and try on for size.
And of course, all of you have to some extent, because these energies cannot be ignored completely. Now you have gotten to the place in your spiritual evolution where you recognize that you do not have to continue to play in these energies. You do not have to continue to operate on beliefs that are not serving you. However, the tricky part for those of you who are awake is not condemning that which you have grown from. Once you rise up out of the muck and the mire of the lower frequency energies, it is quite tempting to go back and try to snuff all of that out.
It is tempting to at least condemn that which you have seen does not work. And it does not work for anyone who wants to lead a happy, empowered life that is fulfilling and satisfying. Those energies do work to give someone a contrasting experience. They work to give someone else something to rise up out of, and therefore they must be allowed. You must allow them to continue to exist, and it can be the hardest part of the journey of an awakened person to not look back. You do not have to keep telling your story of how you climbed up out of those lower frequency energies, and you do not have to warn anyone else either about them.
You do not have to put up shields and bubbles of protection to keep them from getting you or anyone else for that matter. In order to graduate to the next level, you have to be able to bless the level that you are leaving. You have to be able to make peace with it, to see it as serving a greater and higher good, and you must allow everyone else to be right where they are, right now, even if you can see the better life that they could be living, and you can see it because you are living it.
Even though you know that someone else would benefit greatly from joining you in the light, sometimes you have to let those people play in the dark a little bit longer because somehow it is serving them. They still need to have those experiences to assist them in becoming the beautiful beings of light and love that they are becoming and remembering themselves to be. Letting go of the past is something that most of you are still working on.
And you need to let go of that which you have experienced and not enjoyed, but also you need to let go of your guilt and your self-recrimination, because you needed to have those experiences as well, and you weren't wrong to have them. You weren't wrong to experience yourself as someone who had prejudices or who did hurtful things and said hurtful words to others. Let yourselves off the hook so you can once and for all rise above what you were born into and become the beautiful butterfly that you were meant to become in this lifetime. Okay, this is just my opinion and interpretation on the topic and his answer.
TL;DR: I think the video is fake, but the information is probably close to accurate, if we consider Ryokah's answer. However, just because he says it's "authentic" it doesn't mean that we are going to experience any negative timelines. This is just a way for us to safely explore a potential negative timeline that we collectively are not on.

For me, I think the best to view the video is without sound. If you take the transcript of what is said, then it makes it more watchable, and easier to dissect.
The being appears to be a Grey type of extraterrestrial. He says that he evolved from humans, but is not able to reproduce with humans, so he is considered a new species.
From my interpretation, he is saying that the universe evolved from randomness, and that there is no "Creator."
The being says, "This universe is a spontaneous event and inevitable within the eternity of existence. Every event can, will, and has happened. Including this universe. There are an infinite number of universes, and ours happens to have life and consciousness evolve in it. Meaning is something that is ascribed."
So, humans create meaning, but life is inherently meaningless.
The being also says that "Death is a human construct. It does not exist. You will experience and have experienced every instance of so called life. You. Me. Him." This also relates to the idea that your consciousness is made up of everything, and we are all interconnected. "We are all instances of the same life. Separated by what you call death."
The questioner asks, "there's no death, and we all experience each others lives?"
The being answers, "In essence, Yes."

The interview supposedly happened in 1964.
Questioner: "By whom?"
Being: "Nuclear war will begin in this country."

Being: "A human male will briefly rule your country and will be responsible for the destruction of most of your species."
Questioner: "Interesting. Is he alive now?"
Being: "Yes."
Questioner: "So just tell me his name and we'll kill him."
Being: "I cannot. The name was removed from our historical record. We cannot allow altering history through murder."
Questioner: "Just tell me what he does."
Being: "He will weaken your democratic mechanism by appealing to your species most primitive instincts. Fear. Tribalism. Political and religious dogma. There will be international condemnation. In response, he will order a preemptive nuclear strike. This will proliferate into a global nuclear war."
Questioner: "So then we blow up."
Being: "The initial exchange only ends a few million lives... It is the resulting radiation that will end most of your kind. My species is the evolutionary result."

Now, let's analyze this. Once again, take all of this with a grain of salt. This is my interpretation.
Firstly, I strongly believe we are on a positive timeline, and there will be no nuclear war. Bashar and other channelers have said that no nuclear missiles / warheads will be allowed to explode. I believe extraterrestrials would intervene to prevent this.
I think there is a timeline where nuclear war does happen, but this supposed exchange between the questioner and Grey being is just an example of a timeline where this could have unfolded.
The above link is a transcript from Daniel Scranton's channeling of a Zeta / Grey being. "We are in many ways a cautionary tale to all of you." During this channeling, the Grey's do not mention nuclear war. However, they do mention not being able to reproduce, and the hybrid race is later created from human genetics. The Greys were on a parallel version of Earth, where they lost their connection with their planet Earth, and suppressed their emotions, which lead to more problems.

Also, later the Grey being references Artificial Super Intelligence, and that is also could cause negative effects for humanity if we do not put guardrails in place.

Being: "Hate... Hate of each other, who have different political and religious beliefs."
It is also interesting that the Grey being references a situation where the AI creates a utopian reality where humans have every desire fulfilled, and without struggle, humans desire to live eventually fades.
This idea is explored more fully in the book, "The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect," by Roger Williams. "The 1994 science fiction novel by Roger Williams is about a superintelligent AI that achieves god-like powers, granting immortality and fulfilling all human desires, which leads to extreme and often violent human behavior as people search for meaning in a world without limits. The story explores the philosophical implications of a perfect, painless existence, forcing humanity to confront its own nature when all external constraints are removed, and is known for its graphic content and exploration of human extremes."
Anyway, I really liked the book, and it was very thought provoking, but I there is some very graphic content in it, and the ending is weird. I would feel bad about recommending it for people to read, so I won't.

Now, the question is, why did Ryokah say that is is "authentic?" My interpretation is that an interview could be a crappy remake of an actual interview that happened, and they added horrible voice overs to create more fear on the topic.
In the video, the ET being is tortured. This most likely did happen in secret facilities by our military / governments. Later, the being escapes on a spaceship and flies away.

Eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, sleep well, etc. It can be that easy. ☺
