“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very excited about what is to come for humanity, and it is important for you all to get in a place of positive expectation as well. It is important for you to do so because you ultimately want to enjoy the ride, and because you have already chosen to be on a path of ascension, you know you are going to be on the ride for quite some time. You also know that there are many different timelines for you to choose from, and, in this very moment, you are choosing a timeline with your expectation, with your beliefs, and with your vibration. You are going to get something that resembles what you are vibrating right now, and then, when you shift your vibration, you are going to get something else that reflects that back to you. And so, you all are very much in the driver's seat there on planet Earth, and you don't have to worry, and it doesn't serve you to worry anyway. So, why would you? That is a question to ask yourself when you start to go down an unwanted, negative timeline in your mind. Ask yourself the question of, 'Why would I think about all of these things happening that I really don't want to happen?' In some way, you think that it serves you to do so. Otherwise, you wouldn't do it. When you remind yourselves that you do create your reality, then you can start to go down a positive timeline where you are getting more of what you want and humanity is thriving. And when you do that, you feel good. You get the immediate benefit of feeling better in your physical body, and that is your indicator that you are pointing yourself in the right direction. So, you have your feelings to guide you always, and you have your thoughts and your points of focus as your tools. You can use those tools however you want to, and you know that you are using them correctly when you are feeling good in the process. Now, of course, there will be times when you don't feel so good on your journey, but you can always use those times to experience more growth and to change yourselves in all the ways that you absolutely need to change. You can use anything that comes your way in a positive way and to catapult you beyond where you have been before. As you move forward on your journey, take baby steps when you don't know exactly where you are headed, and leap forward when you do. But you will continue to move forward no matter what. There is no backsliding; there is no regressing, even when it feels that way. Even when your life circumstances take a turn for the worse, it is always then up to you to get the most out of whatever it is you are experiencing. And, again, you have your thoughts and what you focus on to utilize as tools to move you in the right direction, to guide you slowly but surely towards the brighter future that some of you can see and some of you can feel, but not all of you are so certain about. Those of you who can be stable in your approach to the future are there to help others and to guide them towards that better-feeling future. Tell your story of what you see for humanity to counterbalance all the stories that there are out there of cataclysmic events and doom and gloom. Of course, life on planet Earth is going to be changing a lot in the next three to five years, but it's going to be changing for the better, and you get to decide what kind of ride it is for you. You get to be one of the ones who doesn't freak out because you know that the changes are in the greatest and highest good of all, and you can be a wayshower and a guide to so many on this path that you are all on of evolution and expansion there on planet Earth. “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. It is quite impressive what you are doing there on planet Earth at this time. You are moving from a lot of darkness into a lot of light, and you are doing so while experiencing a lot of pain, a lot of hardships, and many of you entered into these lives with many disadvantages. You actually wanted to see how far you could go in a single lifetime, which is why you were born into the circumstances that you were. You were born into that density and that dimension, knowing that there would be a lot of energies, a lot of thought forms and beliefs around that would be very enticing for you to play in and try on for size. And of course, all of you have to some extent, because these energies cannot be ignored completely. Now you have gotten to the place in your spiritual evolution where you recognize that you do not have to continue to play in these energies. You do not have to continue to operate on beliefs that are not serving you. However, the tricky part for those of you who are awake is not condemning that which you have grown from. Once you rise up out of the muck and the mire of the lower frequency energies, it is quite tempting to go back and try to snuff all of that out. It is tempting to at least condemn that which you have seen does not work. And it does not work for anyone who wants to lead a happy, empowered life that is fulfilling and satisfying. Those energies do work to give someone a contrasting experience. They work to give someone else something to rise up out of, and therefore they must be allowed. You must allow them to continue to exist, and it can be the hardest part of the journey of an awakened person to not look back. You do not have to keep telling your story of how you climbed up out of those lower frequency energies, and you do not have to warn anyone else either about them. You do not have to put up shields and bubbles of protection to keep them from getting you or anyone else for that matter. In order to graduate to the next level, you have to be able to bless the level that you are leaving. For me, I think the best to view the video is without sound. If you take the transcript of what is said, then it makes it more watchable, and easier to dissect.
The being appears to be a Grey type of extraterrestrial. He says that he evolved from humans, but is not able to reproduce with humans, so he is considered a new species.
From my interpretation, he is saying that the universe evolved from randomness, and that there is no "Creator."
The being says, "This universe is a spontaneous event and inevitable within the eternity of existence. Every event can, will, and has happened. Including this universe. There are an infinite number of universes, and ours happens to have life and consciousness evolve in it. Meaning is something that is ascribed."
So, humans create meaning, but life is inherently meaningless.
The being also says that "Death is a human construct. It does not exist. You will experience and have experienced every instance of so called life. You. Me. Him." This also relates to the idea that your consciousness is made up of everything, and we are all interconnected. "We are all instances of the same life. Separated by what you call death."

Now, let's analyze this. Once again, take all of this with a grain of salt. This is my interpretation.
Firstly, I strongly believe we are on a positive timeline, and there will be no nuclear war. Bashar and other channelers have said that no nuclear missiles / warheads will be allowed to explode. I believe extraterrestrials would intervene to prevent this.
I think there is a timeline where nuclear war does happen, but this supposed exchange between the questioner and Grey being is just an example of a timeline where this could have unfolded.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. You are transcending the old ways of the physical while remaining physical in your bodies. That means that you are seeing the physical as being a part of the spiritual, but you are also not relying solely on the physical to identify yourself as a being. You don't have to see yourself as a hedonist or someone who renounces everything having to do with the physical, so you can go live in a cave somewhere and be super spiritual. That's because now is the time of integration. Now is the time for coming together, for bringing polarized opposites together and creating harmony with them. Be a person who is in the world, but knows that they are not of the world. Be a person who enjoys a good meal, but also knows that there is more to life than food, more to life than sex, and more to life than things that you can fill up your house with. Live in balance with nature and technology. Live in balance in regards to what it is that you want and what it is that you know others want. Strike a balance for yourself and recognize how that serves you. You are meant to master the physical realm, not just to leave it behind completely. You have this idea of giving in to temptation, or selling your soul to the devil, so that you can have what you want. And these are ideas that supposedly people get into when they have no soul, when they have no sense of spirituality or sense of self beyond the physical realm. You don't need those dichotomies anymore. You don't need those morality tales to make you want to be good. You recognize that you are good and that life is supposed to be good. It's supposed to be fun and joyous, and you're supposed to enjoy it with a physical body. Otherwise, you would be somewhere else. You would be floating on a cloud somewhere. And so it's time to put these ideas behind you and to recognize that you are meant to live in a world that you can enjoy physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. You don't have to choose one over all others. You are likely to be more inclined towards one, and that's okay, because you may go down a certain path for 10 or even 20 years, and then realize you want to go down a slightly different path where you explore some other aspect of life. That doesn't make you a flip-flopper. It just makes you human. It makes you a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted being, which is truly who and what you really are. It is time to let go of judgment of self and others around these choices as well. Let everyone else off the hook, and let yourselves off the hook, and recognize that the physical realm is just as spiritual as any other aspect of life. It is made of the stuff of Source. Everything is filled with love, filled with light, and you are there to enjoy it all, not to condemn any of it, and not to condemn others for what they partake in either. Now, when you strike the balance that you want to strike in all the various aspects of your life, you will feel like a master, and it is something that everyone has, in one way or another, chosen to explore as a theme in this lifetime of ascension. These technologies have the potential, if used only for peaceful purposes, to give us a new and sustainable civilization on Earth free of poverty and pollution and with abundant free energy within a generation. These technologies will greatly advance the world economy and create boundless growth and opportunities previously undreamed of. However, if used for destructive and violent purposes, these same technologies could end our civilization. The time has arrived for the truth to be known. We are not alone in the universe. It is time for humanity to become a mature, peaceful civilization and take its place in the cosmos with other advanced peoples from other star systems and planets.
We must bring forth these advanced energy and propulsion technologies so that the world's environment and people benefit. We must all agree to never allow these new technologies to be used as weapons of war, and we must commit amongst ourselves that if any nation or group attempts to use these technologies for violent or destructive purposes, every nation and people on Earth will rise up to immediately stop it. We face a choice. If we do nothing, our environment and civilization will degrade and we may face extinction. If we use these new technologies and knowledge and science for war and destruction, we will also surely perish. But if we establish a world of peace and security, humanity can now advance as a civilization that is sustainable, just, and worthy of exploring the universe. This is the singular and greatest challenge of our time: to establish world peace and to create a new sustainable civilization on Earth. Once we have achieved this foundation of peace, prosperity, and justice, we have learned that these other worlds will welcome us into the cosmos with open arms and hearts.
So my fellow Americans and citizens of the Earth, let us work together to achieve this destiny for humanity—an enlightened, peaceful world that joins her place among the other peoples of the cosmos, for this is the only possible good future for humanity. It is time for us to unite as a people and create that good future now. In furtherance of this, I am asking that other nations around the world, including China, Russia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, India, and the nations of South America and other regions, come forward with their covert files to the extent they can acquire them and release them as soon as possible. We need people to come forward who have dispositive proof and evidence—not lights in the skies or vague data, but the actual proof of the extraterrestrial spacecraft, the bodies of extraterrestrial peoples that have been captured (some living, some deceased), as well as the man-made craft that we have been making since the late 1950s that have been used in illegal operations.
We are asking that people in good conscience, patriotic in their own countries but concerned about the future of the entire world and humanity, defect from these illegal programs and hand over to the Disclosure Project through any means you see fit and in full confidentiality the most extensive files possible. At this point in time, the United States government, which began the path of releasing information, has been hijacked in its disclosure efforts by operatives from the same illegal group that has kept the subject secret for 80 years. For this reason, it is time for other nations of the world to step up to the plate and do their fair share in moving forward disclosure. And this includes adversaries of the United States, who must forget their normal geopolitical concerns and look at the world as a whole, as humanity as one, and moreover as the Earth—one amongst many planets in the universe. This must be done soon because the timeline for this occurring is approaching the end.
The worst-case scenario is that there would need to be an intervention. Those who have been visiting us and patiently waiting... unfortunately, covert weapon systems, directional energy weapon systems, and illegal electromagnetic pulse weapon systems have continued to target and down extraterrestrial vehicles. There is a universal right to self-defense, and it is time for other nations to come together and prove to the world we're not alone and advocate for a peaceful approach to these civilizations and the cessation of all targeting of extraterrestrial spacecraft and peoples here around the Earth or in space. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. You are taking consciousness where it has not been before. Think about that for a moment as you contemplate the conditions of your lives. You may not be living an ideal life from your perspective. However, you are taking consciousness where it has not been before and that is an accomplishment. That is something worth celebrating. Of course, you would like to be celebrating lots of other things while living your lives. And we are not saying that you have to suffer in order to take consciousness where it hasn't been before. But we are saying that no matter what you are living, you can rest assured that you are contributing to the whole and contributing mightily to the whole. Now, when you decide that resisting, suffering, getting angry and pushing against aren't working for you, then you know it's time to take the ride that you were meant to take. We are talking about riding the wave of the consciousness. You are the one who is contributing to the expansion of consciousness with what you are living, and so, it follows naturally that you should be the one who is receiving the benefit of that expansion. And you can be. You just have to accept the conditions as they are and surrender long enough to be able to feel for the expansion that you have just created. You create the expansion of Source, of All-That-Is, of consciousness itself, simply by living your lives, by wanting what you want and by taking the actions that you are going to take. Now, you may find that taking the approach that you have been taking hasn't worked out. It hasn't gotten you the results that you desired, but when you can accept that and recognize that everything is as it is supposed to be, then you can ride the wave of the consciousness expansion. You can go where no other aspect of Source has gone, and you can do so with a smile on your face and with joy in your heart. What you are doing there on earth is enormous, and while it is just a dream, while it is just an illusion, it is also resulting in something that is much bigger than everything that you are living in your lives. There has to be a purpose to the illusion, to the dream, or it would not exist. You are there to have fun and to have a ride, but there is also a greater purpose, and you are a part of that purpose, and you can benefit from all that is happening as a result of all that you are living if you allow yourselves to. Take a moment and consider right now all the challenges of your lives. Look at everything that you are facing right now and recognize that there is a solution. Recognize that there is expansion that occurs because you were willing to face these particular challenges, and then relax, take a few more deep breaths and surrender. Allow the flow to take you to the outskirts of Source. Allow the flow of positive energy to sweep you up in it and bring you to the next level of consciousness that you have helped to co-create with your willingness to be there on Earth and to face what you have faced. "How Bashar / Ashanti Communicate" - Gaia video, and my comments
(Bashar and Ashanti are both from the Sassani race, or ET / Grey hybrid beings from our perceived future)
In the video, Darryl Anka describes the "mechanics" of channeling. He raises frequency, and Bashar lowers his, so that their brain wave patterns synchronize and they are able to have the same thoughts at the same time.
So, in regard to Daniel Scranton channeling Ashanti, something similar must be occurring. He has said that he is able to instantly drop into the channeling state, and that Ashanti (or other beings) are able to send their vibrational frequency through him.
So, in regard to the weird / strange noises that Daniel makes when channeling, these are his words from one of the most recent Ashanti channeling videos:
"The channeling begins whenever I close my eyes, which means everything that you see is not trying to get Ashanti. It's Ashanti (and that energy that she's offering) coming through me, and coming through me in that way. So there's a lot more movement, sound, light language, toning than in a normal channeling for me. But, that's just because the energies have come through me for a longer period of time and they come through more smoothly. With [Ashanti's channeling] there is more "revving up" in the beginning, but you can certainly benefit from all of that as well by tuning yourself in to the energies that are coming through before the words come. And the words will come with a lot of clicking. A lot of clicking sounds will happen as well. So, you just want to be prepared for that because if you're new to me and my channeling, it's going to get really weird."

When people listen or read channeled material, they are running it through their belief systems, and questioning whether this is true or not. So, I think Ashanti would just say she is doing in the most joyful way possible. I assume there are some positive energies / downloads coming through. As with her channeling, and channeling in general - maybe these are some hidden gems that most people are missing out on. In a paraphrased quote from Terence McKenna, "If it's real [the Truth], it can withhold the pressure."
I think there are benefits to reading / listening to channeled material. So, that is one of the main reasons of why I created this blog.
Anyway, I will continue to post the transcripts for Ashanti's channelings, so you can just read those if you'd like, or you can listen to the strange noises and get an activation, according to her.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. In case you are ever wondering why you exist as you do, remember that the idea of this human version of yourself, the potential for this life experience, existed before you decided to take it on as your own. Source Energy created the possibility for your life before you started living it in the flesh. You saw all the possibilities for this self that you are, essentially pretending to be, before you decided. That this would be the most appropriate choice for you as a soul. Whenever you are being hard on yourself, whenever you are thinking that you're not good enough, whenever you are thinking that you should be further along than where you are right now, you are calling in to question the appropriateness of Source Energy's creation. You are exactly who you are meant to be, and you are exactly where you are supposed to be. And from where you are right now in this incarnation, so much is possible. There is so much you can achieve, so much you can experience, so much you can do, so much you can have, but you first have to believe in the appropriateness of your existence as you are. Let go of resistance to where you are because it is the only way to propel yourself forward. Know also that Source Energy did not create you so that you would only be able to know failure. When you do experience what you would deem to be a failure, you can always frame that as being a part of you then knowing yourself as a success. How can you know success without failure? Think about that. Both ends of the spectrum, or sides of the coin if you prefer, are necessary to truly have the experience that you want to have. Therefore, I say go easy on yourselves, relax, take a deep breath, and let it out. And trust that you are right where you need to be. You are exactly who you were created to be and who you were created to be is perfect in this very moment. Also, know that you will continue to move forward and sometimes you need to slow down in order to move forward. Sometimes you need to lick your wounds in order to heal. And all of this is perfect as it is, as it was constructed and dreamt up by such a powerful, infinite and eternal being as Source Energy is. These energies are about up-leveling your overall vibration. They are about giving you a chakra upgrade of all seven of your main chakras. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We have so much to share with all of you about your contact experiences. Many of you are starting to remember more of the contact experiences that you are having at night while you are sleeping in your beds. You are, of course, leaving your bodies and going on these journeys to other dimensions and densities. You are visiting other planets, other star systems, and visiting with friends and family members from throughout the galaxy and beyond. You do this on a regular basis, but most of you do not remember those interactions because they are so different from your normal waking life experiences. Your mind has a hard time understanding how to make those experiences into something that you can recollect when you wake up, and so you do need to do some dream interpretation at times to understand where you were, who you were with, and what you were doing. Other times, you are meant to be remembering experiences that you have already had, and you may use your dreams in order to access those memories from earlier in this lifetime. Most of you who are receiving this transmission were visited when you were quite young and are a part of the hybridization program, which was a complete success. And so, you need to remember what has already happened while you were asleep and while you were being visited by e.t.s in physical form. Some of you even woke up during those experiences but then forgot what it was that you saw, or interpreted what you saw as something else. And sometimes, the experience was so out there, so weird, that you thought you were still dreaming. And of course, the adults in your life, if you told them about these experiences, would have chalked it up to you having a very active imagination, and so they were not much help. Now that you are an adult and you understand that you are a contactee, that contact experiences are, in fact, quite common, you have a desire to have more memories come back to you, and you have a desire to remember more of the astral travel experiences that you continue to have. You also will, of course, have contact experiences in this lifetime because you are on the verge of first contact there on planet Earth. You are still working out some of the details for you as a collective as to how that will transpire and when. You as an individual, however, can create your reality in terms of e.t. contact, just like you create your reality in terms of the things you manifest in your life right now. We encourage you to focus on what it is you would like to experience in regards to e.t. contact with physical beings, and we also encourage you to look at your beliefs, and belief systems, and thoughts around what it is it should look like, or what it is must look like for you, so that you can become more flexible and replace limiting beliefs with ones that serve you better. So, I just got out of the theatre after watching the film.
Overall, I think Spielberg's main premise / idea behind the movie is, "If you found out we weren't alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you?" For this reason, I think the movie does a good job in supporting the ideas behind ET Disclosure. I think Spielberg really hammers down the idea that aliens exist, and we have been in contact with them.
I think Spielberg's goal was to let the viewers ponder how true this idea is, if they haven't considered this before. And, for that reason, I think the movie is "good."
However, there were parts of the movie that I didn't like, which I explore further below.

SPOILERS INCOMING:
The idea of the movie is what would happen if the metaphorical "cat is out of the bag." That is, "what if everything that is true about extraterrestrials is finally out in the open, and is broadcast to everyone in the world?" It's not really hard to figure out from the title of the movie.
(SPOILERS)
The premise of the movie is good guys versus bad guys; the good guys being pro-Disclosure , and the bad guys being against Disclosure and trying to keep the truth a secret.
A majority of the movie was the bad guys chasing the good guys down, like a cat and mouse game. Sometimes the good guys would get caught, but the good guys manage to "magically" get away, in some instances.
One character is having a mental breakdown basically throughout the whole movie, but the film ties this into the person's intuition and empathy, and caring for others. This character later on has the puzzle pieces fall into to place, and has this knowing that they must help bring the truth about ET's to the general public.
I thought that they way in which they had this character remember their childhood experiences was to literally rebuild this character's childhood home, which is sort of a strange idea. It makes the movie more interesting, instead the character having a hypnotherapy regression session - but that would have been a lot cheaper. (Just joking..)
I think the idea of adults remembering their childhood encounters with ET's is a good idea for the movie, and is helpful for the viewers to ponder this about themselves, or reconsider about their own children's possible experiences with ET's - that it's not just their imagination.

So, I'm obviously very biased on the topic. I did "like" the movie, because it helps the viewers ponder these bigger questions. But, overall, I don't think the movie was very good. I would probably rate it 3.5 out of 5. It was very cheesy in some parts, especially on how the main characters have very strong plot armor, managing to slip away from the bad guys multiple times. There were a lot of magical abilities used in the film, where the characters would utilize ET tech by holding it.
I'm not sure how you would change the storyline to improve the movie. I think in order to tell the truth of this story, the narrative has to be this way. As a side note, the Roswell, New Mexico crash in 1947 is mentioned in the film, and bodies are shown. It's probably kind of obvious, but all of the "real" ET scenes are fake, which makes sense. I thought it would be interesting to have an actual UAP recording in the film though.
I feel like Spielberg did a pretty good job with the ET contact scenes, and I liked the animal scenes.
On a side note, it does feel nice having your beliefs validated, even if it's only in a movie. There's a lot of believers out there who will feel validated, instead of numerous films being about wars with aliens.

So, what would I say to a person who is unfamiliar with the topic?
Yes, extraterrestrials exist.
Yes, we've been in contact with them, and militaries / government / private contractors have most likely mistreated ET's.
Yes, people have childhood contact experiences. Also, sometimes humans have their genetic material taken in order to create hybrid beings.
Humans have been "channeling" ET beings consistently for over 80 years. Jane Roberts, for example, and I'm assuming longer than that, if you include Mayan, Egyptian, or other Aboriginal groups. So, ET contact is not new; it is becoming more aware to Western culture.
From the trailer / movie, Emily's character "channels" ET noises. It makes for a more interesting movie. But, humans have been channeling messages in English (and other languages) for a long time. (Jane Roberts, and before her).

Hopefully, someday ET Disclosure will happen, and this movie does a good job in exploring this idea, so if you haven't thought about this, try watching it.

Side note, I went to a late showing at the theatre. It started at 11:00PM. The movie is 2 hours and 25 minutes. I wore my custom alien T-shirt. I didn't see any other "crazy," "alien obsessed" people like me there. Someone brought their baby though. I was like, who tf brings their baby to a midnight showing of a movie? lol. Luckily, the baby didn't cry much.

Take what you get, download energies, information, ideas, and then use your technological devices to share what it is that you have gotten while you are communing with the forces of nature. I believe Thymus is referencing the "Zetas," or "Greys." These beings were humans on a parallel version of Earth where they "choose to be less emotional, to suppress the emotion that caused the violence, that caused all of the wars. We [Zetas] used technology to do that." They became disconnected from their version of planet Earth. After a long period of time, they were unable to reproduce.
