“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. We know that you have all kinds of desires and that you judge your own desires based on society's standards for what you should and should not partake in. We also know that judgment will lower your vibration, and if you are judging your desires as bad or less than spiritual, you will drop into that lower vibrational state and therefore be even more attracted to the desire that you think of as being bad for you. It isn't necessarily that the desire is of a lower vibration, but because you believe it is and then you lower your vibration through the judgment, you are likely to partake in it and then judge yourself some more. This is one way in which you develop a so-called bad habit. However, if you are able to recognize that someone else's judgment of what it is that you desire does not need to mean anything to you, then you can have a pure experience of that desire, partake in it, feel good about it, and not continue to feel attracted to it over and over again in any sort of compulsive way. In other words, if you see everything as being equal, then you choose what you want to do based on how you feel in any given moment. And that is a healthy relationship to have with your desires. It is a healthy relationship for you to have with yourself as well. When you realize that no matter what it is that you are thinking of doing, that there is someone out there who would disapprove of it, then eventually you can understand that you don't need anyone else's permission to participate in your life the way that you want to. And you also have the capacity to let go of judgment when it comes to what someone else is doing or thinking or saying or believing in. The truth is that many of you make decisions about other people based entirely on their beliefs, and we invite you to remember that beliefs come and go. Beliefs are like clothing. You try them on for a while, and sometimes you outgrow them, or you just decide that they are uncomfortable, or don't fit right, or don't look right on you, and so you let them go. And so, what that means is you don't have to judge anyone else based on where they are in regards to their own personal journey in life. And if you let go of your judgment of them, then you are likely to let go of your judgment of self, and if you don't feel the need to judge yourself, you can have a healthy relationship to your desires and to your participation in those desires. Remember, always, that Source Energy created everything without judgment. Source Energy did not say to Him/Her/Itself, ‘I will create these opportunities for experience and they will be under the category of temptations that no one is supposed to engage in.’ Source Energy saw it all as neutral and knows the value in experiencing everything in creation. And therefore, it is entirely up to you whether you partake in something or not, and it is not up to anyone else or anyone else's idea of what God thinks about that. It's time to let all of that go and to free yourselves of society's judgments. Free yourselves, and be yourselves, and do what it is that lights you up and know that you have our permission and the permission of your very own higher selves and oversouls to do so. We help you to feel more of the energies that are inside of you and all around you, and then you get to choose what you do with what you find when you go on your own investigations. We encourage you to explore your inner realm as much as you are willing to explore your outer realm. We do not think that one is more important than the other. In other words, you have an outside world to experience, to interact with, and to take actions in, and you have an inner world of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, intuitive hits, and so on. They are equally important, but we can work with you on the non-physical aspects of your reality and your experience of your reality because we are non-physical. You can help each other in a variety of ways, and many of you seek to help your fellow humans in all the possible ways that you can. In other words, when something happens, you can ask yourself how you can help with your actions, with your money, and perhaps even with your words, your thoughts, your opinions, as you can share those now and reach people from all across the world. You can, at times, wait for inspiration before you take an action, and you can also start taking an action in one direction and learn something while doing so, and then course-correct and make the necessary adjustments. You want to strike a balance between doing and not doing, just like you want to strike a balance between thinking and feeling. You want to strike a balance between believing everything and being skeptical of everything. You want to find the healthy balance in your life experience because you are meant to experience your life in a variety of different ways. You are not supposed to be only taking action all the time, and you are not supposed to be only sitting and doing nothing but think and feel and contemplate all the time either. Again, one can inspire the other, and you can learn a lot by taking actions in specific directions. And so, oftentimes, when you don't know what to do or which choice to make, you can find out a lot about the choices that you have in front of you by simply moving in one direction and seeing how it goes. Are you hitting a lot of roadblocks? Are you finding yourself with too many challenges, too many obstacles, when you move in that direction? Are you not liking the way you feel as you move in that direction? And that can be the way that you learn that moving in another direction would be better. But one thing is clear and for certain, and that is that you don't have to know how everything is going to turn out before you make a decision or take some action towards a goal that you have or something that you want to do out of love, out of the joy of doing it. You don't need to know how everything is going to work out, but you can trust that everything will work out, and you can accept that it's okay to make mistakes. You can accept that you're never going to be perfect in every single way, and that you don't have to be. You can also let yourselves off the hook because no one expects you to be, and you don't need to expect yourselves to be perfect and never make a wrong turn on your path. When you are dealing with the non-physical aspect of reality, you have more than just us as your helpers. You have your teams, your guides, your ancestors. You have angels and fairies that are specific to you. You have so many beings assisting you, including your very own higher selves and oversouls. When it comes to taking actions, you have your fellow humans. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. You all have many paths in front of you, many timelines, many choices to make, and you may think that the choices that are important are the ones that involve major life decisions, like whether or not to marry this person, whether to move to this place, whether to take this job or quit that job. And certainly, those types of decisions can and will put you on a different timeline where you will have different futures ahead of you, but none of those futures will be set in stone because you will always have the option of jumping again and again and again and again. And most of you do a lot of jumping, but what we want to alert you to is the fact that even the small decisions you make in your lives determine which timeline you are on and which future experiences you are moving towards as a result. We will give you some examples. You can make a decision to insult another person, whether openly or in your mind, or you can make the decision to cut that person some slack, to forgive that person, or to try to see reality through that other person's eyes to understand them better. Therefore, the judgment that you could make will put you on a particular timeline, and the choice to not judge will put you on a different timeline. You can also do that with yourselves. You can choose to be kind and gentle with yourself, or to be harsh and critical with yourself. You can choose to work harder and put in more hours on a particular day, or you can choose to leave work at the appropriate time and go take a walk outside. Those two decisions don't seem to make a huge difference in a person's life, but what if that decision to stay late and continue to work hard led to the person in question injuring themselves? And conversely, what if the decision to go for that walk led to the person in question bumping into an old classmate who was beginning a beautiful new company and was looking for people to come in at the ground floor? And let's say that person in question was a perfect fit, and got in on the ground floor, and suddenly was making more money and working less hours. You see, there are decisions that you make that don't seem very important, and yet they are. You always have a choice. You always get to decide what you are going to do, what you are going to think, what you are going to focus upon. You can decide to not say something to one-up another person or to take a gentle jab at another person to make yourself feel better. You have so many choices, and each one of those choices is a different vibration. And it is your vibration, just as much as it is your actions, that determines what your future will be and what timeline you will be on. Your vibration determines what reality you are shifting to next, and therefore, everything matters. Everything is important, and the more you pay attention to what choices are in front of you and what each one vibrates in, as a frequency, the more consciously you are creating your life experience and the more you are choosing your timeline deliberately. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. We notice that many people there on Earth who are awake in their consciousness still do not understand some of the basic truths of the universe, and therefore, we feel that we need to offer this refresher course. First and foremost, it is important for you all to know, not just believe, but know that everything is Source Energy. Everything was created by Source using Source's own energy, and everything still exists within Source. So, even if something is pretending to be on the darker side of things, it is still Source. There is no separation. There is no fall from grace that takes a being outside of the sphere of Source Energy. The dark exists so that the light can know itself more wholly and completely as the light. That’s the purpose of having a darker side of this universe, and this multiverse, and any and all multiverses. Everything is Source Energy, period. Everything exists right now, which means the past is still happening right now. The future is happening right now. You experience time in a linear way, but time is not linear in the truest sense of what that concept is. Therefore, you, in the present moment, have just as much of an influence over any aspect of your oversoul that exists in your past as any past life could ever have any sort of influence over you in the here and now. Therefore, the present moment is the most important moment. It is where everything is happening. All of you are creating 100% of your reality, 100% of the time. Now, we know it doesn't feel that way to you, and that is because you sometimes think of yourselves as a human being who is living out a life on planet Earth for a certain amount of time. But we are referring to the real you, which is the soul aspect of who and what you really are. Sometimes, the human being that you are pretending to be is in alignment with the soul that the human being really is, and therefore, you can have an experience of creating your reality from the human mind/ego level. You can, in other words, align with what you are creating as the soul that you truly are. It is also very important for you to understand that you are not creating in anyone else's reality, and they are not creating in your reality. You have your reality, and anyone who is in your reality is there by agreement and by invitation. And that person is being exactly what you have asked them to be, saying exactly what you have asked them to say, and so on. Now, another truth that many people in the new age forget, or do not emphasize in their beliefs, is the truth that there are multiple realities happening all at once, and that is how it is possible for someone to be exactly who you need them to be without violating their free will. You are with the version of that person that exercised their free will to be the version of themselves that you need them to be for your growth and evolution. We are all infinite and eternal beings who will always have free will. Therefore, you have never been forced to incarnate anywhere, and you are not only there on Earth because of karma from another lifetime. That is simply not how this works. You may choose to have a certain experience of a life that you feel, as your soul, will help you to grow, and you may have made that decision because of other experiences that other aspects of your oversoul are having simultaneously, but one did not cause the other to have to incarnate. That's very important for awakened people to understand. It's also important for you to know that you have many, many, many, many simultaneous lives in all parts of the galaxy, and therefore, you are not only from one star system. You have cross-connections in all the star systems. You are a Source Energy being, which means you are a part of all that is, and this is a holographic universe where all of the parts of the whole are contained within each and every part. Those are the basics. Everything is energy. All energy is vibrating at a slightly different frequency, which gives us all the opportunity to experience the idea of ‘other,’ but we are all essentially the same one being experiencing Itself—or, if you prefer, Himself/Herself/Them-self. Book Review of The Complete Open Contact Manual: Open Contact and Ascension to the Source! by Tyler Ellison et al.

I am currently reading this book.
You can read it for free with kindle unlimited. But, scroll down to see my review of the book.
One thing I liked about it so far is that Sasha, channeled by Lyssa Royal Holt, has talked about three timeline splits. What they explain in the book is that you are most likely going to have three different reactions in relation to Open Contact. One is going to resistance, or "going against the grain." Another is adaptable, and able to change with Open Contact. The third group is welcoming Open Contact, or enthusiastically embracing ET Contact.
So, ask yourself, "How would I describe myself in regard to these ideas about Open Contact?"; "What sort of belief systems do I hold that would place me in one of these three groups?" If you're reading this blog, I have a feeling you are most likely in the "enthusiastically embracing" ET's group, or are adaptable to the idea of ET's being among humans on Earth, and what sort of changes that would entail.
The book also talks about the collective consciousness of humanity, and describing how those three timelines might play out, so to speak. But, I think it could more or less be just two timelines. Assuming Open ET Contact does occur, I think main two reactions will be either to adapt, or "digging your heels in," (basically stubbornness / resistance).

Edit / Update: I'm a little over half way through the book. I'm not sure how much of it was written with artificial intelligence, but they way the book is formatted in the Kindle Unlimited version seems to have a heavy AI influence, especially the summaries of each section. I'm not saying this is bad per se, but it feels like I'm reading ChatGPT's summary of the book's topics. Also, parts of the book are very heavy in regard to deep spiritual topics, like how the multiverse works. Parts of the book are channeled, but it still has the AI summaries.
It also feels like the book is written for people to join their Contact Academy. If the reader like "structure," and wants a guideline for connecting with one's higher self and the ascension process, then this book and their Academy might be good for you.
I'm not liking it as much as I originally thought I would. But, I will still probably finish it.

I skimmed through a lot of the second half of the book. I thought the book overall is about a 2/5.
I really enjoy Tyler Ellison's content in regard to Ryokah channelings.
However, one impression that I got from the book was that it felt like they were trying to tie these "New Age" spiritual topics into a more religious mentality. One part says, "When the Great Cycle is fulfilled, Earth will be washed in a flood of Light. Then life will awaken from its sleep, and the five gates will open to every soul." Another part says, "Place the center of your attention in your own center. It is the center of your heart and the center of you soul. For all 24 hours of the day, never move your center of attention away from this point."
...???... Yeah, parts of the book are very strange, and it felt like they were trying to create a followership by having people join their Open Contact Academy group.
It wasn't my thing. I retract my initial recommendation of the book.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You all have been working at your spirituality for quite some time, if you are receiving this message. And for those of you who are newly awake in this lifetime, then know that this is not the first lifetime in which you have awakened, and therefore, it is the result of several lifetimes in a row that you have found yourself in this place where you are today. Of course, it does not take a lifetime to reach a state of enlightenment. You can be in a state of enlightenment in a moment, and then that moment can be gone, and you can find yourself in anger, fear, hate, sadness, or despair again. You do not attain enlightenment and then never have to slip out of it again. You will have your ups and downs on this path, and when you ascend, your downs will still be pretty good compared to where they take you in this dimension and density. So be easy on yourselves and let yourselves off the hook. You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to achieve any sort of spiritual perfection, and you are allowed to have moments where you are holding your head in your hands and wondering how you got to the place you are currently in, yet again. We help you to relax and to know that there is more to all of this than meets the eye. We represent the non-physical dimensions of reality for you, and we are not the only ones, of course, who do this. There are many beings throughout the universe who are offering up their help, their guidance, their support from the non-physical. You all are in the non-physical at the same time that you are having a so-called physical experience. If you feel separate from the non-physical, then that is something you want to work on. That is something that you want to change. You want to feel connected. You want to feel the support, the help that's coming from above, but you cannot experience it if you deny its existence, and you are less likely to experience it if you are taking on the responsibility for your life to such an extent that you insist on doing everything by yourself. That can be the way of the ego, because the ego wants all the credit. The ego wants all the praise, all the accolades, all the rewards and awards for doing it all by itself. You have to be willing to accept the help that is coming from above, from within, and from all around you as well. The non-physical is non-localized. It is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It is infinite, and you are a part of it, and you want to know yourself as infinite and eternal, not just as a human being who is capable of doing certain things in a period of time that you would call a lifetime. You want to see yourself as more than that, if you want to have a full, whole, and complete experience of self. Therefore, we advise you to accept the help that is coming from the non-physical and to set aside those egoic concerns that might exist within you that purport to having to do it all by yourself. You could not possibly do everything by yourself. You even rely on your body doing all kinds of things that you are completely unaware of just to have a physical experience with a human body, so you might as well give up the idea of accepting no help from all the helpers here in the non-physical. I think it is worth the watch. Overall, I believe he is telling the truth (in my opinion).
If you remember David Grusch's interview with Ross Coulthart in June, 2023, Grusch tells us of:

Perhaps that fancy gadget you wanted so much five years ago is now obsolete, but the experiences that you can have that are nonphysical upgrade themselves, just like your phones and other devices need upgrades and need to be replaced every once in a while. And so, the feeling of bliss that you experienced yesterday is not the same feeling today, and that’s what makes manifesting outside of the matrix so much fun. That is why people who have spent some time developing their spirituality understand that the illusion is to be transcended to a certain extent. You will still ultimately be there in a physical body, and you will want to have certain experiences over certain other experiences, but you won’t get attached to them. You won’t feel like a failure if you don’t manifest your dream home in the timeframe that you have decided is most appropriate. You can realize that even playing within an illusionary matrix is fun and is meant to stimulate growth within you spiritually, rather than being the measuring stick by which you determine how good you are, in one way or another. Think about the types of feelings and experiences you want to manifest, rather than the things, and realize you have access to what is nonphysical right now, whereas something physical may take three to five days to arrive in the mail. And then know that nothing is stopping you from breaking free from this so-called matrix. The only thing that ever could stop you is you. Transcript: 00:00:20 – 11:35 All right, I’ll say good day to you this day of your time.
This transmission has been titled "Knocking on Heaven's Door." What this means is that what you call the veil between the physical and non-physical realities is thinning. There is more blending going on between material and spiritual realities, and this will continue in the future, especially after open contact, where the high-frequency vibration of many extraterrestrials that you will be exposed to will, in some sense, entrain your vibration upward so that you become more sensitive—more of the frequency—to receive higher-frequency communications from the spirit realm.
So that you can begin active communication, active engagement, and active involvement with those beings who are non-material—whether or not they used to have incarnations or they never have had. There are many different frequency levels in the spirit realm, and you will, according to your own frequency rising, be more capable in the years ahead with communicating more clearly, even to the point of actually being capable of perceiving the physical forms of the spirits as they lower their vibration just enough to appear to your improved senses.
So, real interaction with the spirit realm—with that dimension—will become common within a couple of decades for many humans. But you can start to develop your clairvoyant and clairaudient senses now in a variety of ways because, again, due to the cycles that are happening now, the veil between the two realms is becoming more permeable; you will start to experience different aspects of this here and there, be it the idea of orbs, other kinds of lights, perceptions of the causal plane and geometric forms, or more astral experiences. All these things will be symptoms, so to speak, of raising your frequency to be able to perceive into the spiritual dimension more and more. Again, this will continue to move forward.
So, in a very real way—not that you are about to die or anything—you are starting to knock on heaven's door, and it will be open to you. And as it opens, you will gain a rich experience of continuing relationships. Death will no longer be the end of those relationships; it will be a continuum. You will be able to experience anyone that may have passed on, as you say, from physical materiality. They will still be able to be contacted by you and still be able to communicate with you. You will still be capable of receiving those messages more clearly and even experiencing their apparitions as they appear to you by lowering their frequency just enough so that your heightened senses can pick up on them and begin to actually see them, as well as hear, feel, and know them.
With telepathic communication becoming more prominent on your planet, you are breaking through that barrier that has heretofore defined the edge of your physical reality—beyond which many people on your planet never thought they could pierce or perceive. But this will become common, as it is common in our reality, where we interact with spirits all the time, every day. It is a natural part of our existence and will become a natural part of your existence in the future as well.
But now is the time to begin to develop this so that over the next couple of decades, you will improve through your meditation, through journaling, and through whatever technique or "permission slip" works for you to allow you to raise your vibration. This is along with, as we have said, the exposure to extraterrestrial beings of higher vibration, which will induce you to go higher as you choose, if you choose to match their frequency more and more every day as you interact with more extraterrestrials on your planet after open contact.
So, also remember that the extraterrestrial hybrids that are living and working among you will also be part and parcel of helping you to achieve these abilities, to strengthen these abilities. And also, the hybrid children being born on your planet and coming to your planet—the new generations that are a different species—also will have more telepathic abilities. By, in a sense, being members of your society, they will again sort of flood the atmosphere with more conducive vibrational frequencies that will make it easier for people to tap into those vibrational resonances that will allow you to start to perceive things that were heretofore invisible to most of you.
So, prepare yourselves. Journal, ask questions, open up to your guides, and remember there are many ways that communications from spirit can come to you. They can come in your thoughts, they can come in your imagination, they can come in your dreams, or they can come through synchronicity. Be open to different ways in which messages from the spirit realm can be received by you; do not assume that they have to come in one particular way.
Let it be whatever works, and just be open. Pay attention to the fact that you may be receiving messages quite often—more often than you think. Just look around and look for the signs. Be open to it; do not, in any way, shape, or form, close the door through which different methods of messages may come to you. Pay attention to your dreams, pay attention to synchronicity and the signs that you receive, pay attention to your thoughts, and pay attention to your imagination. Meditate if you wish, but put yourself in a state where you know that you are in touch, you are in contact, and you are receiving information. You don't always know it, and that's okay. But you already are being given all the information, all the messages, and all the help you can possibly be given. It's not up to them to deliver more than they're already sending; it's up to you to be more sensitive and pay attention to what it is you're already getting—to open up and receive.
So again, because the veil is now thinning, more things will start to happen. You will start to perceive more things. Do not be confused by them; take it as a natural course of events in human evolution. Because you are spirits, because you are souls, and because your physical materiality is just a projection of consciousness, you are spirits. And therefore, there isn't really that much difference between non-physical and physical materiality.
In the near future as well, your scientists will be capable of understanding how energy can create patterns, and those patterns can be representative of non-physical consciousness. They don't have to worry about the idea of associating religious connotations to the idea of non-material aspects of consciousness. They can simply—as they already have been dealing with—understand it as patterns of energy. And that certain patterns of energy, complex patterns of energy in and of themselves, can create the idea and have created the idea of non-physical expressions of consciousness, which then can express themselves through the idea of lowering their vibrations into physical materiality. But primarily, you are a non-physical being—a soul. You are energy patterns, non-physical consciousness. Scientists will begin to get a handle on this idea because they will understand it is something they can explore without the religious connotations.
So, once they understand that patterns of energy are representative of what you recognize consciousness to be, then they will start accepting this. And this will also be a paradigm shift in the collective mentality: that consciousness can be, and is first and foremost, non-physical. And this will also help break down the barriers more rapidly between what you experience as physical materiality and non-physical spiritual dimensions.
So, open up to a brand new world—a brave new world of interactions of various kinds between various kinds of entities—that will open up your reality not just to the idea of extraterrestrials of the cosmos, but to spirits and higher dimensions of consciousness.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. We are sending you lots of light and love all the time, and when those of you who are ready for it open up and receive it, we send more. Your bodies are very efficient machines, and this universe is a very efficient being. We, as aspects of this universe, are also very efficient. And so, when you open up to receive what we are sending, we can see the logic in sending more. You are constantly asking for help, for healing, for that which you would like to manifest, and you are heard one hundred percent of the time because you are creator beings. Whether you open up to receive what you have asked for is up to you, and we just want to point out that you don't have to ask the right being, the right collective, or ask in the right way, but you do have to be of the right vibration to receive what you have asked for. Now, when there is a great deal of need for healing, or a great deal of need for peace or prosperity, you all ask more and you ask more consciously. And there are those of you who do put yourselves in that meditative state to receive, or you simply go off and do what you love to do, which puts you in a state of receptivity. You can actually receive on behalf of your fellow humans and what they are asking for but not opening up to receive. This is the real reason for the disparity of wealth on planet Earth. It doesn't make them more deserving; it doesn't make them better human beings. They are just better at receiving what it is that the collective is asking for. What they then choose to do with that abundance of wealth is totally up to them. Certainly, every multi-billionaire on planet Earth has the ability to use that wealth to help those who have not yet learned how to open up and receive more abundance for themselves. If those who haven't resent those who have, then they are likely to continue to live in a reality where there is a great disparity of wealth. Learn from those who have discovered how to open up and receive more. You don't have to worship them or even revere them, but you can learn from them. You can study them and see what it is that they are doing to receive what the collective is asking for. There is no shortage; there is no lack. There is only abundance, and this universe is infinite and expanding. You will also find soon enough through space travel that there is an abundance of natural resources out there for humanity, so you can't even argue that there's a shortage of water, or gold, or coal, or oil, or anything else. Now is the time for those of you who are awake to demonstrate to your fellow humans that you can open up and receive more, and in so doing, you can teach others and they can receive more. And we, in the higher realms, in the non-physical, can offer more and will offer more. I just finished rewatching I want to eat your pancreas. I really loved watching it again.
If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.
You might be able to find the Japanese voice and English subtitles movie online, but it is worth paying for a better experience.
There are a few high school romantic parts in the movie. I think it adds to the storyline in a plot / relationship building way. It also highlights some of the differences between the two characters. I would go into more detail, but I don't want to spoil anything.
I believe it is rated PG-13.
Anyway, if you haven't seen the movie and it sounds interesting to you, check it out!

We love seeing you become more of who you really are as Source Energy Beings, and we love helping you just because we know that we are love and as love, we have so much compassion for you there on Earth. We would like for you to see yourselves as being in a very unique position, and it is a position where you can help so many throughout the galaxy and the universe. It is because you are where you are that you get to make a huge leap forward from where you are, and therefore, it is never a good time to lament humanity being exactly where you are. You are catapulting yourselves into fourth density and then, eventually, the fifth dimension. And you are doing so by facing your fears, by facing polarity, by facing judgments of all kinds. You are coming into your own by recognizing that there is still plenty of resistance inside of you, and you are making progress with the letting go of everything that does not serve you. That makes your evolution of consciousness a lot easier than you might think. It is true that in order to grow and to evolve, you simply have to let go of that which is dark and heavy. You don't have to create the wheel, or recreate the wheel. You don't have to start from scratch, because what is inside of you, what has always been there, is a perfect expression of your soul. You can simply decide that you are going to live happily ever after and pursue that which interests you the most. And that which needs to come up inside of you will, and you will recognize it because it will be what is holding you back from you being the truest expression of source energy that you can be. And because you want to do the things that you want to do and express what you want to express, you will be more likely then to just let go of those beliefs, those thoughts, those ideas, those perspectives that are not serving you, that are holding you back, in fact. "We are here for you. We are the Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. You are sensing the energies of the times you are living in, and you are recognizing that you are in the midst of a great change there on Earth. You know that changes sometimes come about because of something breaking, something not working for you anymore. You know that sometimes what has spurred on great changes in your own personal lives has been something that, at first, you did not want. Perhaps someone broke up with you, or perhaps you lost your job, or lost your home, or crashed your car, and you thought that it was the end of the world, so to speak. You could not see from that perspective how what had just happened to you could possibly be a good thing. However, many times, you discover later on that you needed that unwanted event to spur you on to make great changes in your life, or even one simple change in your life, and the change was a change for the better. Again, you didn't realize at the time the unwanted event was happening that it would lead to something better, but it did. And because you can look back at instances in your lives where this was the case, you can look at your world as it is right now and recognize that, because great change is needed on planet Earth in order for all people to have enough and to feel equal and respected, there has to be some things that will be shaken up. You are in the midst of one of those shake-ups on planet Earth right now and, of course, what's happening in many parts of the world is unwanted. It doesn't look good for humanity in many ways, but you also have to remember that you are spurring on great change for the human collective, of which you are a part. Now, that's not all that is happening, of course. Everything that you see outside of yourself is also always giving you an opportunity to do some self-investigation. You have to ask yourself, ‘What does this mean in terms of my reality creation? Why would I create the need for these types of events in order to bring about great change? Is it merely a belief system that I've been holding on to, or is there something for me to glean from all of this that I can use to change myself?’ When you want to see changes in the outside world, the first thing you've got to do is look within yourself at what you can change. So, of course, when you look at the outside world right now and you can see all the things that are unwanted and happening in the outside world, they can serve the purpose of getting you to look within, if you are capable of doing so. And we know that you all are. We know that not everyone will who is alive on planet Earth at this time, but we know that those of you who are awake and aware are willing to do the work that you need to do on yourselves to shift your timeline to a better-feeling one, to change your future by changing yourself now. That's how it's done. It's not only that you need collapses of current systems that are in place, and have been in place for a very long time. “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. Within each and every one of you is a willingness to go on, a willingness to find what it is that you are looking for. You all have it. It is bigger than what it is that you desire to experience physically in this lifetime. You all have a sense of who you really are and a desire to experience that viscerally, physically, experientially. Now, some of you don't discover it right away. For others, it takes decades for you to recognize that you do have this deep inner desire to know yourself. It is there within every individual and while some may look outside of themselves for their entire lives, it then turns out that their lifetime was a metaphor. There is a need to discover that is inherent in each and every being. There is a desire to know. There is an innate love that is there within each and every particle of creation, and that love seeks to express itself as well. And so, you can go through phases of your lives where what you are doing is finding yourselves, discovering more of who you really are and then you can go through phases of your lives where you are very much desiring to express what it is that you have found inside of you. This is the best of both worlds, so to speak. When you discover more of you and then you express it to the world, you are fulfilling your life's purpose. You are fulfilling your purpose for existing at all as an aspect of Source Energy. If you are not in the self-expression phase, don't worry about it. If you are not in the self-discovery phase, then that means you have found something within you to express or to explore. You may explore your interest in something by pursuing that interest for decades before you decide that you then have something to say or something to express relative to that interest. So no matter where you are, no matter what phase you exist in, you are doing what you are meant to do. Don't worry that you are somehow not fulfilling your life's purpose. That worry will only delay the inevitable. You will all be brought to circumstances, people and experiences that will help you to unlock more of who you are from inside of you. And someday, believe it or not, you, yes even you, will get inspired to express something about what's inside of you, what you have discovered, what you can share with others that will benefit them completely. Know yourselves, become more of that which you truly are, and express it in the way that feels most comfortable to you. That's what you are all there to do. It doesn't matter how you do it, it doesn't matter when you do it, but you will find that the desire to know yourself and to express yourself will always be there. If you stifle it, you will only stifle it temporarily. If you suppress it down, it may squirt out in an unexpected way, but again, do not worry. Everything is perfect. You are perfect, and you will find the perfection of who and what you are as you continue on with your journey through your life experience, and I know you will have something to say about that at some point.
