“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very excited about the solstice that you have in June of 2026. We are very happy to be a part of the festivities for we are offering our energetic transmission to you now. And we will continue to offer our energetic transmission along with many other collectives. We are partnering with Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, and many others to provide to you a transmission of energies that will reach their height in potency on the actual solstice. These energies are about up-leveling your overall vibration. They are about giving you a chakra upgrade of all seven of your main chakras. These energies are about cleansing out of your field anything that does not serve you and they are about helping you to make a choice for what is higher vibrational in each and every moment. There are a lot of different ways in which energetic transmissions can serve all of you, and we want you to know that we are not the only ones who are offering you transmissions of energy at the time of your solstice, which is the summer solstice for some of you and the winter solstice for the rest. Your sun is offering a transmission of energy. Your Mother Earth is offering a transmission of energy. Your higher selves will all be offering their transmissions to you individually, because it is the solstice. It is a time for opening up and letting in more. It is a time for energetic boosts of all kinds. You would be wise to set aside time on the day of the solstice to relax and to open up to receive. Anything you want to do in terms of a ritual that leads to you feeling more open and more aligned, go ahead and do that ritual. There is not a right ritual and wrong rituals for you to partake in. Whatever series of steps that you take that put you into alignment are the right steps for you to take. You are beings who deserve help and you are beings who have asked for help. You sometimes align with the help that you have asked for and other times you do not and it goes right over your heads. When you have a date like this in your calendar, a time for you to recognize as one that is very special, it is a good idea for you to focus on receiving what is coming to you. You can also get very clear about what you want to do with the energies and how you want to work with them to better yourselves, to better your lives, to better life on planet Earth for all. You can also focus on bettering your connections to other beings from the non-physical and from other star systems. There are many for you to connect with at this time, many to open up to and to allow in to your experience of life on planet Earth. It is a lovely planet, and it is the perfect time for you all to be focusing on what it is that you want to do with the abundance of energies that are coming in. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We have so much to share with all of you about your contact experiences. Many of you are starting to remember more of the contact experiences that you are having at night while you are sleeping in your beds. You are, of course, leaving your bodies and going on these journeys to other dimensions and densities. You are visiting other planets, other star systems, and visiting with friends and family members from throughout the galaxy and beyond. You do this on a regular basis, but most of you do not remember those interactions because they are so different from your normal waking life experiences. Your mind has a hard time understanding how to make those experiences into something that you can recollect when you wake up, and so you do need to do some dream interpretation at times to understand where you were, who you were with, and what you were doing. Other times, you are meant to be remembering experiences that you have already had, and you may use your dreams in order to access those memories from earlier in this lifetime. Most of you who are receiving this transmission were visited when you were quite young and are a part of the hybridization program, which was a complete success. And so, you need to remember what has already happened while you were asleep and while you were being visited by e.t.s in physical form. Some of you even woke up during those experiences but then forgot what it was that you saw, or interpreted what you saw as something else. And sometimes, the experience was so out there, so weird, that you thought you were still dreaming. And of course, the adults in your life, if you told them about these experiences, would have chalked it up to you having a very active imagination, and so they were not much help. Now that you are an adult and you understand that you are a contactee, that contact experiences are, in fact, quite common, you have a desire to have more memories come back to you, and you have a desire to remember more of the astral travel experiences that you continue to have. You also will, of course, have contact experiences in this lifetime because you are on the verge of first contact there on planet Earth. You are still working out some of the details for you as a collective as to how that will transpire and when. You as an individual, however, can create your reality in terms of e.t. contact, just like you create your reality in terms of the things you manifest in your life right now. We encourage you to focus on what it is you would like to experience in regards to e.t. contact with physical beings, and we also encourage you to look at your beliefs, and belief systems, and thoughts around what it is it should look like, or what it is must look like for you, so that you can become more flexible and replace limiting beliefs with ones that serve you better. You don't have to be perfect to have an e.t. encounter. You don't have to have cleared everything from your chakras and your past lives, and be vibrating at such a high frequency, in order to have a type of experience that you would consider to be quite enjoyable and quite lovely. So do open yourselves up to all the experiences that will serve you and will serve humanity in bringing together humans and e.t.s in the flesh. So, I just got out of the theatre after watching the film.
Overall, I think Spielberg's main premise / idea behind the movie is, "If you found out we weren't alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you?" For this reason, I think the movie does a good job in supporting the ideas behind ET Disclosure. I think Spielberg really hammers down the idea that aliens exist, and we have been in contact with them.
I think Spielberg's goal was to let the viewers ponder how true this idea is, if they haven't considered this before. And, for that reason, I think the movie is "good."
However, there were parts of the movie that I didn't like, which I explore further below.

SPOILERS INCOMING:
The idea of the movie is what would happen if the metaphorical "cat is out of the bag." That is, "what if everything that is true about extraterrestrials is finally out in the open, and is broadcast to everyone in the world?" It's not really hard to figure out from the title of the movie.
(SPOILERS)
The premise of the movie is good guys versus bad guys; the good guys being pro-Disclosure , and the bad guys being against Disclosure and trying to keep the truth a secret.
A majority of the movie was the bad guys chasing the good guys down, like a cat and mouse game. Sometimes the good guys would get caught, but the good guys manage to "magically" get away, in some instances.
One character is having a mental breakdown basically throughout the whole movie, but the film ties this into the person's intuition and empathy, and caring for others. This character later on has the puzzle pieces fall into to place, and has this knowing that they must help bring the truth about ET's to the general public.
I thought that they way in which they had this character remember their childhood experiences was to literally rebuild this character's childhood home, which is sort of a strange idea. It makes the movie more interesting, instead the character having a past life regression session - but that would have been a lot cheaper. (Just joking..)
I think the idea of adults remembering their childhood encounters with ET's is a good idea for the movie, and is helpful for the viewers to ponder this about themselves, or reconsider about their own children's possible experiences with ET's - that it's not just their imagination.

So, I'm obviously very biased on the topic. I did "like" the movie, because it helps the viewers ponder these bigger questions. But, overall, I don't think the movie was very good. I would probably rate it 3.5 out of 5. It was very cheesy in some parts, especially on how the main characters have very strong plot armor, managing to slip away from the bad guys multiple times. There were a lot of magical abilities used in the film, where the characters would utilize ET tech by holding it.
I'm not sure how you would change the storyline to improve the movie. I think in order to tell the truth of this story, the narrative has to be this way. As a side note, the Roswell, New Mexico crash in 1947 is mentioned in the film, and bodies are shown. It's probably kind of obvious, but all of the "real" ET scenes are fake, which makes sense. I thought it would be interesting to have an actual UAP recording in the film though.
I feel like Spielberg did a pretty good job with the ET contact scenes, and I liked the animal scenes.
On a side note, it does feel nice having your beliefs validated, even if it's only in a movie. There's a lot of believers out there who will feel validated, instead of numerous films being about wars with aliens.

So, what would I say to a person who is unfamiliar with the topic?
Yes, extraterrestrials exist.
Yes, we've been in contact with them, and militaries / government / private contractors have most likely mistreated ET's.
Yes, people have childhood contact experiences. Also, sometimes humans have their genetic material taken in order to create hybrid beings.
Humans have been "channeling" ET beings consistently for over 80 years. Jane Roberts, for example, and I'm assuming longer than that, if you include Mayan, Egyptian, or other Aboriginal groups. So, ET contact is not new; it is becoming more aware to Western culture.
From the trailer / movie, Emily's character "channels" ET noises. It makes for a more interesting movie. But, humans have been channeling messages in English (and other languages) for a long time. (Jane Roberts, and before her).

Hopefully, someday ET Disclosure will happen, and this movie does a good job in exploring this idea, so if you haven't thought about this, try watching it.

Side note, I went to a late showing at the theatre. It started at 11:00PM. The movie is 2 hours and 25 minutes. I wore my custom alien T-shirt. I didn't see any other "crazy," "alien obsessed" people like me there. Someone brought their baby though. I was like, who tf brings their baby to a midnight showing of a movie? lol. Luckily, the baby didn't cry much.

You just need to recognize when you've had enough and when it is time to go outside and consume some fresh air, consume some beautiful energy that is all around you when you are sitting under a tree, or by the ocean, or on top of a big mountain. Give yourselves these experiences and plug in to Mother Nature and Mother Earth more frequently. Take what you get, download energies, information, ideas, and then use your technological devices to share what it is that you have gotten while you are communing with the forces of nature. Utilize the best of both worlds, and you will continue your consciousness expansion in all the beautiful ways in which it continues to happen there on Earth. I believe Thymus is referencing the "Zetas," or "Greys." These beings were humans on a parallel version of Earth where they "choose to be less emotional, to suppress the emotion that caused the violence, that caused all of the wars. We [Zetas] used technology to do that." They became disconnected from their version of planet Earth. After a long period of time, they were unable to reproduce. This is the document Grusch references near the end of the video. He mentions pages 7 to 16. I'm reading through it, and it has a lot of interesting information in it. It really gives a good timeline of how the U.S. government has continued to deny the existence of UFO's / Flying Saucers publicly, but continued to investigate them in private.
The public deserves the right to know the truth on UFO's / UAP's, and the truth that extraterrestrial life exists, and has been in contact with humanity.

Therefore, we are able to monitor how you are doing as individuals and how you are doing as a collective. And we are happy to report that the recent activity that has been spurred on by your sun has been well received and integrated by the collective. Those of you who are aware of what is happening at this time are able to do more for the entire collective than you might think. You are able to send data to the collective through the experiences that you have. So as you are consciously opening yourselves up to receive and assimilate these energies that are being given to you by your sun, you subconsciously transmit that data to the entire collective. You are all having a ripple effect on those who are unaware of what is going on. You can do the same with what your collective is very consciously aware of. And what if you were able to convince yourselves that nothing had to happen in order for you to have the feeling that you wanted to experience? How often would you the sit with the intention of feeling joy or love? If you knew you could access those states of being without accomplishing anything, wouldn’t that be something you would want to explore? Now, we also recognize that you understand that your state of being, your vibration, is ultimately what creates your reality. And therefore you may engage in this activity that we are suggesting because you think that by feeling a certain way you will be able to manifest something that you want to manifest. So again, holding a state of being becomes an accomplishment, or a means to an end. But what we are here to suggest now is to hold a state of being, a vibration, for no other purpose than that it is how you choose to feel, it is how you choose to be. You have summoned these energies, and we and others like us have answered the call. You're also getting help from Mother Earth and your sun, of course, as well as all of the other helpers that you have on your own individual teams. We are telling you about galactic energies that are coming in and supporting you during this time of e.t. contact, more and more awakenings and, of course, ascension. The June energies are about opening you up at the third eye for you to be able to perceive more. And we're talking about perceiving ships in your skies, of course, but also extraterrestrial beings who are available to you at all times and who want to connect, but who you need to be able to see, or telepathically communicate, in order to be able to have a type of conversation with. And, of course, you have your summer/winter solstice coming up to assist you even more with bursts of energy coming from the sun and more transmissions coming from your galactic friends as well. Therefore, June is a very big month for contact and for opening yourself up to all the various ways there are for you to have contact experiences. You don't have to wait for ships to land in your backyard to have contact with extra-terrestrials. There are many ways for this to occur, including just remembering contact experiences that you have already had in this lifetime and cross connecting to other lives as well where you have not only made e.t. contact, but have also been the e.t.s who were contacting other civilizations. Remember that you have lifetimes throughout this galaxy to cross connect to. And you are drawing from many experiences in other lives on this planet where you have already had contact with e.t.s. You are paving the way for greater contact experiences for the human collective by being so willing to have contact now, and as your third eyes continue to open and your third eye chakras continue to receive upgrades and activations, you will be experiencing more of the different types of contact that do exist. So relax and spend some time as you are drifting off to sleep each night in the month of June, setting the intention to open up more to the galactic energies coming in to support you in making more contact with your e.t. friends and family. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. We know that you have all kinds of desires and that you judge your own desires based on society's standards for what you should and should not partake in. We also know that judgment will lower your vibration, and if you are judging your desires as bad or less than spiritual, you will drop into that lower vibrational state and therefore be even more attracted to the desire that you think of as being bad for you. It isn't necessarily that the desire is of a lower vibration, but because you believe it is and then you lower your vibration through the judgment, you are likely to partake in it and then judge yourself some more. This is one way in which you develop a so-called bad habit. However, if you are able to recognize that someone else's judgment of what it is that you desire does not need to mean anything to you, then you can have a pure experience of that desire, partake in it, feel good about it, and not continue to feel attracted to it over and over again in any sort of compulsive way. In other words, if you see everything as being equal, then you choose what you want to do based on how you feel in any given moment. And that is a healthy relationship to have with your desires. It is a healthy relationship for you to have with yourself as well. When you realize that no matter what it is that you are thinking of doing, that there is someone out there who would disapprove of it, then eventually you can understand that you don't need anyone else's permission to participate in your life the way that you want to. And you also have the capacity to let go of judgment when it comes to what someone else is doing or thinking or saying or believing in. The truth is that many of you make decisions about other people based entirely on their beliefs, and we invite you to remember that beliefs come and go. Beliefs are like clothing. You try them on for a while, and sometimes you outgrow them, or you just decide that they are uncomfortable, or don't fit right, or don't look right on you, and so you let them go. And so, what that means is you don't have to judge anyone else based on where they are in regards to their own personal journey in life. And if you let go of your judgment of them, then you are likely to let go of your judgment of self, and if you don't feel the need to judge yourself, you can have a healthy relationship to your desires and to your participation in those desires. Remember, always, that Source Energy created everything without judgment. Source Energy did not say to Him/Her/Itself, ‘I will create these opportunities for experience and they will be under the category of temptations that no one is supposed to engage in.’ Source Energy saw it all as neutral and knows the value in experiencing everything in creation. And therefore, it is entirely up to you whether you partake in something or not, and it is not up to anyone else or anyone else's idea of what God thinks about that. It's time to let all of that go and to free yourselves of society's judgments. Free yourselves, and be yourselves, and do what it is that lights you up and know that you have our permission and the permission of your very own higher selves and oversouls to do so. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very specialized in our approach to helping humankind. In other words, we work with you all energetically. We work with thought, we work with emotion, we work with feelings. We help you to feel more of the energies that are inside of you and all around you, and then you get to choose what you do with what you find when you go on your own investigations. We encourage you to explore your inner realm as much as you are willing to explore your outer realm. We do not think that one is more important than the other. In other words, you have an outside world to experience, to interact with, and to take actions in, and you have an inner world of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, intuitive hits, and so on. They are equally important, but we can work with you on the non-physical aspects of your reality and your experience of your reality because we are non-physical. You can help each other in a variety of ways, and many of you seek to help your fellow humans in all the possible ways that you can. In other words, when something happens, you can ask yourself how you can help with your actions, with your money, and perhaps even with your words, your thoughts, your opinions, as you can share those now and reach people from all across the world. You can, at times, wait for inspiration before you take an action, and you can also start taking an action in one direction and learn something while doing so, and then course-correct and make the necessary adjustments. You want to strike a balance between doing and not doing, just like you want to strike a balance between thinking and feeling. You want to strike a balance between believing everything and being skeptical of everything. You want to find the healthy balance in your life experience because you are meant to experience your life in a variety of different ways. You are not supposed to be only taking action all the time, and you are not supposed to be only sitting and doing nothing but think and feel and contemplate all the time either. Again, one can inspire the other, and you can learn a lot by taking actions in specific directions. And so, oftentimes, when you don't know what to do or which choice to make, you can find out a lot about the choices that you have in front of you by simply moving in one direction and seeing how it goes. Are you hitting a lot of roadblocks? Are you finding yourself with too many challenges, too many obstacles, when you move in that direction? Are you not liking the way you feel as you move in that direction? And that can be the way that you learn that moving in another direction would be better. But one thing is clear and for certain, and that is that you don't have to know how everything is going to turn out before you make a decision or take some action towards a goal that you have or something that you want to do out of love, out of the joy of doing it. You don't need to know how everything is going to work out, but you can trust that everything will work out, and you can accept that it's okay to make mistakes. You can accept that you're never going to be perfect in every single way, and that you don't have to be. You can also let yourselves off the hook because no one expects you to be, and you don't need to expect yourselves to be perfect and never make a wrong turn on your path. When you are dealing with the non-physical aspect of reality, you have more than just us as your helpers. You have your teams, your guides, your ancestors. You have angels and fairies that are specific to you. You have so many beings assisting you, including your very own higher selves and oversouls. When it comes to taking actions, you have your fellow humans. You know, you are more powerful when you band together and when you collaborate, and so, we recommend that you look for opportunities to collaborate with your fellow humans and feel the power that you can experience in your numbers, in your intentions being aligned with the other people that you are taking the actions alongside. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. You all have many paths in front of you, many timelines, many choices to make, and you may think that the choices that are important are the ones that involve major life decisions, like whether or not to marry this person, whether to move to this place, whether to take this job or quit that job. And certainly, those types of decisions can and will put you on a different timeline where you will have different futures ahead of you, but none of those futures will be set in stone because you will always have the option of jumping again and again and again and again. And most of you do a lot of jumping, but what we want to alert you to is the fact that even the small decisions you make in your lives determine which timeline you are on and which future experiences you are moving towards as a result. We will give you some examples. You can make a decision to insult another person, whether openly or in your mind, or you can make the decision to cut that person some slack, to forgive that person, or to try to see reality through that other person's eyes to understand them better. Therefore, the judgment that you could make will put you on a particular timeline, and the choice to not judge will put you on a different timeline. You can also do that with yourselves. You can choose to be kind and gentle with yourself, or to be harsh and critical with yourself. You can choose to work harder and put in more hours on a particular day, or you can choose to leave work at the appropriate time and go take a walk outside. Those two decisions don't seem to make a huge difference in a person's life, but what if that decision to stay late and continue to work hard led to the person in question injuring themselves? And conversely, what if the decision to go for that walk led to the person in question bumping into an old classmate who was beginning a beautiful new company and was looking for people to come in at the ground floor? And let's say that person in question was a perfect fit, and got in on the ground floor, and suddenly was making more money and working less hours. You see, there are decisions that you make that don't seem very important, and yet they are. You always have a choice. You always get to decide what you are going to do, what you are going to think, what you are going to focus upon. You can decide to not say something to one-up another person or to take a gentle jab at another person to make yourself feel better. You have so many choices, and each one of those choices is a different vibration. And it is your vibration, just as much as it is your actions, that determines what your future will be and what timeline you will be on. Your vibration determines what reality you are shifting to next, and therefore, everything matters. Everything is important, and the more you pay attention to what choices are in front of you and what each one vibrates in, as a frequency, the more consciously you are creating your life experience and the more you are choosing your timeline deliberately. Just a brief lesson on timelines here today. Nothing major happening. Take it for what it's worth, and use the information we have provided to guide yourselves to your best possible timeline. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. We notice that many people there on Earth who are awake in their consciousness still do not understand some of the basic truths of the universe, and therefore, we feel that we need to offer this refresher course. First and foremost, it is important for you all to know, not just believe, but know that everything is Source Energy. Everything was created by Source using Source's own energy, and everything still exists within Source. So, even if something is pretending to be on the darker side of things, it is still Source. There is no separation. There is no fall from grace that takes a being outside of the sphere of Source Energy. The dark exists so that the light can know itself more wholly and completely as the light. That’s the purpose of having a darker side of this universe, and this multiverse, and any and all multiverses. Everything is Source Energy, period. Everything exists right now, which means the past is still happening right now. The future is happening right now. You experience time in a linear way, but time is not linear in the truest sense of what that concept is. Therefore, you, in the present moment, have just as much of an influence over any aspect of your oversoul that exists in your past as any past life could ever have any sort of influence over you in the here and now. Therefore, the present moment is the most important moment. It is where everything is happening. All of you are creating 100% of your reality, 100% of the time. Now, we know it doesn't feel that way to you, and that is because you sometimes think of yourselves as a human being who is living out a life on planet Earth for a certain amount of time. But we are referring to the real you, which is the soul aspect of who and what you really are. Sometimes, the human being that you are pretending to be is in alignment with the soul that the human being really is, and therefore, you can have an experience of creating your reality from the human mind/ego level. You can, in other words, align with what you are creating as the soul that you truly are. It is also very important for you to understand that you are not creating in anyone else's reality, and they are not creating in your reality. You have your reality, and anyone who is in your reality is there by agreement and by invitation. And that person is being exactly what you have asked them to be, saying exactly what you have asked them to say, and so on. Now, another truth that many people in the new age forget, or do not emphasize in their beliefs, is the truth that there are multiple realities happening all at once, and that is how it is possible for someone to be exactly who you need them to be without violating their free will. You are with the version of that person that exercised their free will to be the version of themselves that you need them to be for your growth and evolution. We are all infinite and eternal beings who will always have free will. Therefore, you have never been forced to incarnate anywhere, and you are not only there on Earth because of karma from another lifetime. That is simply not how this works. You may choose to have a certain experience of a life that you feel, as your soul, will help you to grow, and you may have made that decision because of other experiences that other aspects of your oversoul are having simultaneously, but one did not cause the other to have to incarnate. That's very important for awakened people to understand. It's also important for you to know that you have many, many, many, many simultaneous lives in all parts of the galaxy, and therefore, you are not only from one star system. You have cross-connections in all the star systems. You are a Source Energy being, which means you are a part of all that is, and this is a holographic universe where all of the parts of the whole are contained within each and every part. Those are the basics. Everything is energy. All energy is vibrating at a slightly different frequency, which gives us all the opportunity to experience the idea of ‘other,’ but we are all essentially the same one being experiencing Itself—or, if you prefer, Himself/Herself/Them-self. Book Review of The Complete Open Contact Manual: Open Contact and Ascension to the Source! by Tyler Ellison et al.

I am currently reading this book.
You can read it for free with kindle unlimited. But, scroll down to see my review of the book.
One thing I liked about it so far is that Sasha, channeled by Lyssa Royal Holt, has talked about three timeline splits. What they explain in the book is that you are most likely going to have three different reactions in relation to Open Contact. One is going to resistance, or "going against the grain." Another is adaptable, and able to change with Open Contact. The third group is welcoming Open Contact, or enthusiastically embracing ET Contact.
So, ask yourself, "How would I describe myself in regard to these ideas about Open Contact?"; "What sort of belief systems do I hold that would place me in one of these three groups?" If you're reading this blog, I have a feeling you are most likely in the "enthusiastically embracing" ET's group, or are adaptable to the idea of ET's being among humans on Earth, and what sort of changes that would entail.
The book also talks about the collective consciousness of humanity, and describing how those three timelines might play out, so to speak. But, I think it could more or less be just two timelines. Assuming Open ET Contact does occur, I think main two reactions will be either to adapt, or "digging your heels in," (basically stubbornness / resistance).

Edit / Update: I'm a little over half way through the book. I'm not sure how much of it was written with artificial intelligence, but they way the book is formatted in the Kindle Unlimited version seems to have a heavy AI influence, especially the summaries of each section. I'm not saying this is bad per se, but it feels like I'm reading ChatGPT's summary of the book's topics. Also, parts of the book are very heavy in regard to deep spiritual topics, like how the multiverse works. Parts of the book are channeled, but it still has the AI summaries.
It also feels like the book is written for people to join their Contact Academy. If the reader like "structure," and wants a guideline for connecting with one's higher self and the ascension process, then this book and their Academy might be good for you.
I'm not liking it as much as I originally thought I would. But, I will still probably finish it.

I skimmed through a lot of the second half of the book. I thought the book overall is about a 2/5.
I really enjoy Tyler Ellison's content in regard to Ryokah channelings.
However, one impression that I got from the book was that it felt like they were trying to tie these "New Age" spiritual topics into a more religious mentality. One part says, "When the Great Cycle is fulfilled, Earth will be washed in a flood of Light. Then life will awaken from its sleep, and the five gates will open to every soul." Another part says, "Place the center of your attention in your own center. It is the center of your heart and the center of you soul. For all 24 hours of the day, never move your center of attention away from this point."
...???... Yeah, parts of the book are very strange, and it felt like they were trying to create a followership by having people join their Open Contact Academy group.
It wasn't my thing. I retract my initial recommendation of the book.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You all have been working at your spirituality for quite some time, if you are receiving this message. And for those of you who are newly awake in this lifetime, then know that this is not the first lifetime in which you have awakened, and therefore, it is the result of several lifetimes in a row that you have found yourself in this place where you are today. Of course, it does not take a lifetime to reach a state of enlightenment. You can be in a state of enlightenment in a moment, and then that moment can be gone, and you can find yourself in anger, fear, hate, sadness, or despair again. You do not attain enlightenment and then never have to slip out of it again. You will have your ups and downs on this path, and when you ascend, your downs will still be pretty good compared to where they take you in this dimension and density. So be easy on yourselves and let yourselves off the hook. You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to achieve any sort of spiritual perfection, and you are allowed to have moments where you are holding your head in your hands and wondering how you got to the place you are currently in, yet again. Remember that the journey is about having lots of twists and turns on it. You're meant to hit those potholes and run into those roadblocks and obstacles. That's what this is all about. And you are making progress no matter what you might think about yourself in this moment and your current set of life circumstances. It is almost always the case that those who have the most challenges and the hardest lives are the ones who are the most refined as a soul. Those who have evolved the most want to take on more challenges, want to see what they are made of, want to go to the next level and use life circumstances to do that. So when your life circumstances are not what you want them to be, and are even embarrassing to you, remember that they are the way they are so that you can be catapulted to the next level and so you can go beyond where you have been before. This is a very special lifetime because you are on a planet that is going to have extra-terrestrial contact that is open and available to everyone and you are ascending. And because you are awake right now, you know that you are on the leading edge of all of this, and you know that you are meant to help others through their processes of ascension. You are quite possibly also there to help others with their e.t. contact experiences. Even if you haven't figured out how, you are going to do that. So embrace your life the way that it is right now and know that it is serving a grander purpose than you can possibly imagine in this moment. You have so many helpers out there because you were never meant to do this alone and because Earth is a very challenging place to be. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. We help you to relax and to know that there is more to all of this than meets the eye. We represent the non-physical dimensions of reality for you, and we are not the only ones, of course, who do this. There are many beings throughout the universe who are offering up their help, their guidance, their support from the non-physical. You all are in the non-physical at the same time that you are having a so-called physical experience. If you feel separate from the non-physical, then that is something you want to work on. That is something that you want to change. You want to feel connected. You want to feel the support, the help that's coming from above, but you cannot experience it if you deny its existence, and you are less likely to experience it if you are taking on the responsibility for your life to such an extent that you insist on doing everything by yourself. That can be the way of the ego, because the ego wants all the credit. The ego wants all the praise, all the accolades, all the rewards and awards for doing it all by itself. Therefore, the ego is not a great collaborator. Now, of course, you need an ego and there's nothing wrong with having an ego. So, we are talking about a very specific aspect of a personality that has really taken on the idea of separation and the idea of comparison. If you have to compare yourself to others and see yourself as better than others in order to feel good about who you are, then you are taking an egoic approach to your life experience. When you really want to collaborate with those of us in the non-physical, then you have to relax this particular idea or aspect of the ego in order to do so. You have to be willing to accept the help that is coming from above, from within, and from all around you as well. The non-physical is non-localized. It is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It is infinite, and you are a part of it, and you want to know yourself as infinite and eternal, not just as a human being who is capable of doing certain things in a period of time that you would call a lifetime. You want to see yourself as more than that, if you want to have a full, whole, and complete experience of self. Therefore, we advise you to accept the help that is coming from the non-physical and to set aside those egoic concerns that might exist within you that purport to having to do it all by yourself.
