“We are here for you. We are the Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
We enjoy being with you in whatever way you will allow us in. We do enjoy the human experience and the physical experience, and we do, from time to time, get to experience your world through some of you. We are very interested in the way your world works and how the human mind works, because by studying you, we understand ourselves better. We are all parts of the same one being, and by exploring you and your world, we get to know ourselves as beings of All-That-Is a little bit better.
We have noticed that you enjoy relaxing at times and taking lots of actions at other times. And we notice that sometimes you say to yourselves, ‘I lack motivation to do this thing or that thing,’ and we also know that sometimes you will prod yourselves into doing something that you don't really want to do, that you don't feel like doing in that particular moment, and it usually doesn't go well when you force yourself into action.
We invite you to consider that you have so much help from your guides, from your higher selves, and from many other beings who are around you to assist you on your journey. And we would like for you to consider that sometimes they all know better than you do about perfect Divine timing. They know when to inspire you to do something that will then be fruitful, beneficial for you and for all who are involved.
And so, we want to give you all permission to wait for inspiration. You do not have to force yourself to get something done just because, at the level of mind, you had already decided that it was the perfect time to get that thing done. This is one of the ways in which letting go serves you. When you let go, you surrender and you go with the flow of the moment, you recognize that you're not just lazy, but rather you're paying attention to the signs that you're getting from your physical body.
You aren't feeling motivated or inspired to do something that you had plans to do, and that's okay. If it really needed to get done, you would receive an inspired thought or a jolt of energy to get up and do what it is that you had planned to do. You all need to be far less judgmental of yourselves and others. And so, when you are not feeling like doing something, instead of calling yourself lazy and thinking that you are not good enough because you haven't done enough, just relax.
Trust that you will have the energy and you will have the inspired thought to get up and do something when the timing is right, and then you can relax without guilt, and you can know that some things are being done for you as well by your team. You can remember that you're not there to do everything by yourself. And so, sometimes even your fellow humans will step up and do something for you so that you don't have to do it at all.
And isn't that just lovely? Isn't it wonderful to know that the weight of the world isn't actually on your shoulders and your worth is not actually determined by how much you get done in a single day or even in a single lifetime? You are worthy because you exist and you are an aspect of Source Energy, and that is enough.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are satisfied with the progress we see you making, and we are encouraged by the receptivity that we feel you have for our transmissions. We do not see any reason why any of you should fear an undesirable set of circumstances for the human collective, but we know that you do at times access and feel those fears. We also want you to recognize yourselves as being the ones who are doing the majority of the work to ensure that humanity stays on the right path.
Now, we understand that doubt creeps in as well because you don’t see the overwhelming changes on your world that you hear about. You don’t see the predictions coming to fruition that you want to see coming to fruition, and we recognize how discouraged you can get when even the circumstances of your own lives seem to either be stagnant or changing for the worst.
But we assure you that things are getting better on the energetic plane, and it is only a matter of time before you start to see the changes in your personal lives and on the planet as a whole. Now, you also recognize that there are those among you who benefit from keeping you in fear and doubt, and there are those who benefit from keeping you divided.
So whenever you get triggered by any of these emotions, you need to continue to do that work that you’ve been doing. You need to continue to do the heavy lifting for the collective, and you need to remain hopeful. We know that as the ones who have taken on the lion’s share of the work, this lifetime has been hard, but we also know that you can measure your growth.
You can see how far you’ve come, and you can expect that trend to continue. You can expect yourselves to continue to rise up and be the wayshowers for the rest of humanity that you were born to be.

“We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings and we are here to help.
We understand how valuable structure is to you as human beings. We know that you like consistency and you like continuity and a sense of normalcy about your world and your day-to-day activities. And so, we want to urge you, to invite you, to set aside a day during the week, on the weekend, whenever it is you are free to do so, to allow yourselves the freedom to simply fly by the seat of your pants. We invite you to go with the flow on any day that you choose.
You can allow yourselves the freedom to explore various impulses that come up. You can allow yourselves to travel down different timelines, to explore the unknown, to not know how something will turn out, but to do it anyway. This is how higher-frequency and higher-dimensional beings exist. There is far less structure, far less routine, and much more of an embracing of the unknown. And that is because we have learned, through experience, that the unknown is often better than what was planned.
We want you all to have this experience as well. We invite you to demonstrate to yourselves that there is much more available to you when you let go of your ideas about what would be ideal. When you are willing to open yourselves up to more possibilities, you will allow more possibilities to come in. When you let go of attachments, then you open yourselves up to unknown possibilities that your mind could not even imagine. When you are sticking to a routine, a structure, and following a formula that you think works for you every time, then you are counting on something being predictable and repeatable, and it might not be.
What we are saying to you is that you need to practice listening to your gut. You need to have some experience with overriding your mind, because your mind is very limited. And you need to get more in touch with your heart, your feelings, your intuition. These all speak to you in a variety of different ways that are illogical to the mind, and we want to explore with you all of the possibilities that you couldn't think of.
We want to co-create with you. Your higher self wants to co-create with you. Your spirit guides want to co-create with you. Those of us in the non-physical want to have fun with you, but you have to say yes. You have to agree that there is something more out there for you than you can imagine. You have to be open, and you have to not think of anything as a waste of time. Allow your day of the week to unfold magically as you listen to every wild impulse that comes to you, and you follow it.
Allow yourselves to say yes to more, so that you can show yourselves how much more there is available to you in this beautiful universe of ours that we love to co-create in. This is a dance between the non-physical and the physical. And we, and others like us, are looking for willing dance partners who want to create, who want to go with the flow, and who want to explore the unknown.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have observed many wars since we have been paying attention to what is going on in other star systems, on other planets, moons, and space stations. We have always found war to be a curious thing for us to observe because we never see a winner in any war. It is always true that what energy you put out into the universe will eventually come back to you. And so, even if it looks like one side, one nation, one ideology, has won a particular war or conflict, truly, if they were the aggressors in the first place, they have not won.
There is, of course, nothing wrong with defending yourselves when under attack, but when one group, one country bombs another country, there are repercussions. That energy comes back; it's a boomerang effect. And this will always be the case. This is why war, as an act of seeking peace or change, has always been quite confounding to us. We don't understand it because we do understand the laws of the universe, and we have seen all conflicts play out over time with no winners.
Therefore, humanity is at a point in your evolution where you are seeking to end all wars forever, permanently, and in doing so, you have, of course, chosen to still engage in wars for a bit longer. There is more reporting going on now across the planet to show everyone the horrors of war. And of course, many of you want to look away and you want to put your attention on peace, and you will be able to do that, but when you see an image of war and the image upsets you, it is because you are meant to feel the way that you feel.
Those feelings initiate the changes that everyone wants to see. There are a few exceptions, of course. There are those who profit from war and those who like to bang their chests and show off military might. But those individuals will not be around forever. We promise you, the new generations are peace-loving, and the new consciousness is about peace, harmony, expansion, evolution, and helping each other out. The new consciousness is about collaboration. The new consciousness understands that you are not finite in your resources, and you will be able to power your vehicles and heat your homes, providing electricity for all without having to dig for oil.
And this is what you are all moving towards, in spite of how it may look at this time. It may look like you are backsliding and regressing to times when the world would go to war. You are not. But you are meant to see how destructive and ugly war is so that you can collectively choose peace, align with it, and align with the New Earth that lives in constant peace and harmony, without even violence in the streets. You are washing away what does not work for you, and in order to do that, you do have to see it right in front of your faces as it plays out.
And those of you who are living in alignment with Source will rise up. You will unite, and you will create the world of peace for your children and grandchildren, and your great-grandchildren, that you know is possible for humanity.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
We allow you to be yourselves completely. That is one of our gifts to all of you, and we invite you to give yourselves the exact same gift, as you also extend that gift out to others. Let yourself be who you are and let everyone else do the same. You don't have to worry that by someone else being who they are, they are somehow going to trample all over you and your creations. You can live and let live. You can trust that the kaleidoscope of reality will put every single person in the right place at the right time so that they can have the right experiences for them.
You see, if you knew how reality really worked, it would be a lot easier for all of you to trust that being yourself was enough, and it would be a lot easier for you to let everyone else be who they are. You can let everyone else off the hook. You don't have to judge anyone else. You don't have to scrutinize their behavior and see if you agree with it or not. You don't have to resist what anyone else is doing, and you don't have to fear it either.
Let everyone live in their reality, making the choices that they are making, while you do the same for yourself, and you will feel that you are aligning with your true self, with your soul, with Source. And when you are in alignment, you seem to care a lot less about what everyone else is doing. When you are out of alignment, you feel disempowered, you feel that what they are doing is messing up the world for everyone else, including you, and you can't just relax.
So that is the key then for you: you need to remind yourselves that it is your job, it is your goal, and your purpose to be yourself and to let everyone else be who they agreed to be in this reality, in this time, on your Earth. As simple as all of this sounds, it can be perceived as quite difficult from your vantage points, and that is because you have to look at reality as it truly is, rather than as you have been taught to view it.
If you see that there is always perfect order, even in chaos, then you can relax and you can live and let live. If you are constantly worried about what might happen and what is happening, then you are not just listening to that inner guidance that you have that's telling you to move in this direction over here and move there boldly. You also have to let go of the notion that you need to know what being yourself fully and completely will get you.
Ultimately, all this ever gets you is more of you, and if you can be satisfied with that, if you can understand that you are an infinite and eternal being, then you can move forward with the actions that are involved in being yourself and you can do so confidently and without fear. You especially don't want to fear what anyone else is doing because you cannot control them, and so you might as well let all of that go and just listen to your hearts. Follow your joy. Find your bliss and live the life that you chose for yourself before you were born. That's really all there is to it.

“We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We know that you all have big plans for the rest of this incarnation, and we want to ensure that you make it to that goal that you have for yourselves and for humanity. And so, we invite you to start benefiting from all the asking that your fellow humans are doing for great change. Everyone wants to see big changes on planet Earth, and even if some people want to see certain big changes that are very different from what other people want, you can still benefit from that energy. There is a wave of consciousness expansion that you can ride, and all you need to do is put yourself on the right frequency to experience the massive changes that you want and are hearing about.
Now, of course, different people also have different perspectives on what needs to happen in order for massive changes to occur, but you do not need to agree with those people, and you still get to benefit from what it is they are putting out in the collective consciousness. You get to ride the wave of every single person's desire to see a different planet Earth when they look outside their window. We invite you to, first of all, acknowledge that, and then we ask for you to feel for that energy. Feel for the magnitude of summoning of energy and the delivery of those energies that are necessary in order to experience great shifts in the collective consciousness.
When you tune in to the collective asking, you get to benefit from all that is coming in, even when the people who are summoning those energies are not doing so. Most people do not know what you know. Most people believe that they are asking into a void, or they are asking a God that may or may not grant their wishes. You know that this is an intelligent universe that responds to every single thought, and you know that you want to experience major changes on planet Earth in your lifetime. You know that e.t. contact will bring about some of those changes, and you know that the collapse of certain systems will also bring about those changes. But you know, first and foremost, that you have to see a shift in the collective consciousness before you can get those reflections.
We are telling you that the collective consciousness of which you are a part is doing more asking now than at any other point in human history, and that is due to the fact that there are more of you present on planet Earth. But it also has to do with how much knowledge you have of what's going on across your planet. So let go of the idea that this has to be hard or that it has to take a long time, and allow yourself to ride the energies into the reality that you would like to experience. You get to choose; everyone has free will, and you will not be taking anyone there with you against their will because they will go to whatever reality they are a vibrational match to.
You just all know too much to think that you are subject to what someone else believes or what someone else desires. You know that you have the ability to focus, the ability to choose, and the ability to point yourselves in the direction of what you desire to experience. You also know that there's more than one Earth. We know, as do many of you, that the presence of more extraterrestrials in your dreams, in your meditations, in your skies, and even in your homes, is beneficial to the expansion of your consciousness. We know that you knowing that you are no longer alone in the universe is a good thing, and of course, you all understand that as well.
And what we want you to understand is that we and the other e.t.s from across the galaxy and universe are getting more creative in how we connect with you. We want you to open yourselves up to myriad possibilities that you have not previously explored. We want you to think of yourselves as pioneers and co-creators in contact, and we want to give you the reassurance that you're always going to like what you get in these contact experiences. There is nothing to fear. What you have to say and teach to others may not seem very interesting or Earth-shattering to you, but to someone else who is just waking up, it is brand new and exactly what they need heart. The world as it is right now needs more individuals stepping up to talk about unity, working together, operating as a collective, and everything else that you have come to recognize is a significant part of your evolution and expansion. By putting yourselves out there, you also then need to face your fears. We engage with you on many different levels of your being-ness. We are speaking to your minds, your bodies, and your souls all at once. You are being engaged in your vibration, in your energy field, in your subconscious and unconscious minds at this very moment. Those of you who are open to us and our frequency can feel us as we engage with you. You are multidimensional, multifaceted beings, and we advise you to never underestimate yourselves and your abilities.
Please do not look at what you can do and can be and have that be based on what you have done and have experienced yourselves as. You are meant to go beyond where you are right now, and one of the easiest and fastest ways to do that is to simply engage with that which is higher vibrational. Seek out the higher-vibrational objects, places, people, moments, songs, activities, and everything else that you can so that you can resonate in harmony with that which naturally uplifts you and brings you into a higher knowing of your self. Everyone's birth was a virgin birth that came about from immaculate conception; this is true of every single soul, every single being. You are as holy and you are as sacred as anything and anyone that has ever existed. If you take the time to get to know yourselves and what makes you tick and what will get you to jump up out of bed in the morning, you can resonate with the higher frequencies and you can come to where we are. You can know yourselves as already being masters, and you can know yourselves as humans who are there to master your mastery.
That's all you are doing. You’re getting to know yourselves and to experience your mastery. So when something feels overwhelming to you and that it might crush you, know that you placed it there on your path to show you how strong, how powerful, how invincible you are. This is how we invite you to know yourselves. We want you to see yourselves as we see you, as Source sees you, because most of your potential is still untapped, still unknown. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been sending you galactic light codes that contain downloads of information about your galactic history, as well as the history of Planet Earth and all humanoid beings. We send these transmissions to all, whether the individual is aware of our existence or not. It doesn't matter. This is an important part of the awakening journey. You all need to know the history of this galaxy, the history of Planet Earth, and how you came to be in the form that you are today in order to accept contact.
Now, of course, you all who are receiving this transmission do accept contact, at least intellectually you do. You will still need to face that which is inside of you and is not high vibrational in order to get ready physically, mentally, and emotionally for that event. Remember that you have a lot of connections, a long history, and still much that you are unaware of within yourselves in regards to your belief systems. Therefore, so much more needs to come to the surface in order to prepare you for contact. And certainly 2026 is a year of exposing that which has been hidden, that which has been underneath the surface of the collective consciousness.
You who are awake can benefit yourselves and others by doing the necessary work of self-investigation. You are ready to uncover what needs to be uncovered within yourselves, and we know that our transmissions of galactic light codes will assist. We also know that those of you who are excited about contact can be very gung-ho about it, and we know that many of you want the ships to land today, tonight, or tomorrow. For this blog, I don't want to focus on politics. Unless it is something major, I will try to avoid posting political things. However, with Obama's recent statements, I felt it was worth sharing what he and other presidents have said in the past. (see above link; I didn't want to info dump over 2 pages worth on this blog) Besides his recent statements, here is what Obama said in 2015 in regard to aliens.
I would say that this is the "most serious" answer that I've heard so far in regard to a White House press briefing, when the questions of aliens has come up. in the clip, there is a small amount of laughter, but the Newsmax reporter pushed on, and I felt like the answer was serious enough.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
We have so much love for you, and we certainly do extend that love to you from the 12th dimension and through the channel here. We ask you to consider opening your hearts to receive all the love that you have coming to you from all the realms, all the dimensions, and all the helpers that you have that are specific to you. We also invite you to open yourselves up to the love of Source, your Oversoul, and your Higher Self. You all are having a human experience, and you all have the experience of pain. Most people experience love in some way, shape, or form in their lives, even if they don't feel it to the extent that someone like yourself does. Everyone has desires, even if their desire is to have no desires; that is still a desire. The common thread that links you all together is something worth noting for all of you. We know that you are getting enamored with quite a bit there on your planet that is technological in nature, and we understand why you want to utilize these tools. They can be and are often very helpful, but your inner technologies are still largely untapped, and we are here now to encourage you to look within yourselves for what you can find. You are much bigger beings than your bodies indicate. You are much older beings than your lifespans would suggest, and you are much more powerful than perhaps you will ever recognize while in your physical bodies. Therefore, it is worth your time and energy to look within yourselves for the tools that you have, the technologies that are new to you, and the information that you can tap into even without a Wi-Fi connection.
Begin to be more curious about yourselves than the latest creation that is out there on the Internet, and you will be surprised at what you can find. Surprise yourselves. Demonstrate that what we are saying is true by taking the time to close your eyes, breathe, and dive deep down inside of your own bodies and your own consciousness. You all have the ability to do this at any time. There really is no excuse to ever be bored, and when you begin to tap in to what is inside of you, chances are you won't want to stop, and people will have to come over to your house and drag you out to mix it up with other people.
That's how vast and interesting you are, and that's how much you can access by going within and searching around for the connections that you have, the energies that are inside of you, and the information you can access when you simply put down your technological gadgets for a while and live within your own consciousness. Use your inner technologies to astound yourselves and begin to see yourselves as we see you. There is plenty of information out there, and it will always be out there.
You don't have to know what's going on in every minute of every day, but you do want to be aware of what's going on inside of you in every moment of your lives. You want that because it empowers you to know it. You can change and transform into what you want to be when you are aware of what you are offering in any given moment. “People that are more positively oriented to the idea of contact will shift themselves to versions of Earth where that contact will occur. But we never change the actual planet that we’re on. We simply shift to other versions of Earth — many, many times a second. People that are still going to be focused on the idea of negativity and fear-based ideas are going to shift to versions of Earth that are going to reflect that. And on those versions, contact may not occur.
We’re in a time of choosing what we prefer. We’re in a time where the realities are starting to really, literally, physically split apart into different parallel versions. And it may be true in the reality that they’re shifting to, as opposed to the other reality, which may be true for those people that are shifting in that direction. Eventually, those realities may be so far apart that one will never experience the other in the years to come. But right now, they overlap enough that we can see all the choices; we’re getting all of the choices out on the table. Chapter 7 - The Masters of Limitation - An ET's Observations of Earth
"This idea bears repeating: The Earth you’re on at this moment never
changes. It cannot change. It is what it is. But as you adopt new
beliefs and thus, shift your frequency of energy, your consciousness
“jumps” to another version of Earth that’s in harmonic alignment
with the shift in frequency.
This is how creation expands. The “structure” of existence never
changes; it’s your perspective of the structure that shifts and
generates an experience of physical and temporal change, personal
growth and expansion of consciousness. The following analogy may
help to illustrate the point.
You all know that, while you’re watching one of your television
shows, dozens of other programs are playing at the same time.
However, you only see the show on the channel you’ve “tuned”
your TV to display. When you change the channel, you’re changing
frequencies and, of course, you see a different program. Your
original show may even still be playing. It hasn’t “changed” into
another program; the structure of the TV hasn’t altered. You’ve
changed what you prefer to see and so you begin to enjoy another
show; a “different reality,” so to speak.
This is similar to the holographic nature of existence. Everything
exists “here and now” and the change in frequency simply allows
you to experience a different aspect of the very same “here and
now.” It only appears to be a different moment but it’s actually the
same moment from a new perspective. This shift in your point of
view can be subtle or it can be profound, depending on the degree of
the shift in frequency.
Therefore, the Earth you’re perceiving now, as you read this, is not
experiencing open contact and, since each version of Earth never
changes, it never will experience contact. If you become more
energetically aligned with the frequency of contact, your
consciousness will then begin to shift its focus to another version of
Earth that already exists “side-by-side” with your present version
and on which open contact is already happening.
The “old” version of Earth and the “other” version of you will still
exist, just as the program you were previously watching may still be
running even though you changed the channel. Of course, the
physics of all this is more detailed and complex than this simple
analogy, but it serves to illustrate the basic principle that generates
the experience of change.
In actuality, your consciousness is shifting through billions of
parallel “frames” per second, similar to how the frames of a film
strip run through a projector to create the illusion of a changing,
“fluid” reality reflected by your movie screen.
Your scientists have long since discovered the “frame rate” of your
physical reality. They’ve labeled this temporal unit “Planck Time,”
named after physicist Max Planck, who proposed the concept in
1899. Planck Time is the time it takes a photon traveling in a vacuum
at the speed of light to cross a distance equal to the “Planck Length,”
which is many magnitudes smaller than the diameter of a proton at
the core of an atom.
This amazingly high frequency of this frame rate is what allows you
to experience the illusion of continuity, or a seemingly unbroken,
continuous flow of time within an equally “smooth” and continuous
volume of space. In other words, time and space are “side effects” or
emergent properties of the rapid shift of your consciousness through
those billions of parallel reality frames per second. Thus, a unit of
Planck Time is the proverbial “tick” of the physical reality clock.
Despite the above explanation, there’s no need to comprehend the
physics in order to navigate through the frames in the direction of
your preferred reality experience. This happens automatically
(you’re doing it right now without thinking about it) but when your
consciousness is intentionally aligned, rather than unconsciously,
you can more easily choose the version of reality you prefer.
The simplest way to align with that reality is to act on your passion
as often as possible.
This is because the sensations you refer to as
passion, excitement, love, creativity and inner peace are your
physical body’s “translation” of the frequency of your core
“signature vibration.” In other words, your true, essential being.
Any time you align with that core frequency through your beliefs,
emotions, thoughts and reinforcing actions, you “propel” your
consciousness through the specific series of frames that produce the
space-time experience of living more and more on your preferred
version of Earth. How quickly or slowly you experience that result
depends not only on your own willingness to choose more positive
beliefs, but also on the collective beliefs of your society that you’ve
“agreed” to uphold.
However, even when you begin to “flow” in the direction of your
preferred reality, it doesn’t mean you can’t objectively “observe”
versions you don’t align with. It simply means that non-preferred
versions will have no significant effect on you, unless you choose to
align with them.
To go back to the film and TV analogy for a moment, imagine that
you poke your head into various theaters and watch a few minutes
of each film as you search for the theater playing the one you wish
to see. Or imagine you’re “channel surfing,” as you call it, flipping
past a multitude of shows until you settle on your favorite program.
Once you choose which one you’re going to experience, the fleeting
views of the other shows fade to the background of your
consciousness as you become engrossed in the story you chose.
In the years and decades ahead, it may come to pass that your
experience of reality will no longer contain glimpses or options to
choose versions that aren’t aligned with your preferred vibration.
But as long as Earth is still going through its current transition phase
where multiple positive and negative paths are equally accessible,
non-preferred realities will remain front and center, vying for your
attention alongside the preferred ones.
It’s also wise to realize that, while choosing either a positive or
negative path can eventually build up a kind of “energy inertia” that
appears to make the opposite choice seem less likely to manifest, an
expanding consciousness will always become more aware of all
possible choices rather than less aware.
However, when all choices are viewed as equally valid, it will be
much easier to objectively choose a path you prefer without
invalidating the one you don’t. It’s the “value judgment” of
invalidation that paradoxically creates a stronger bond to the
negative path because invalidation is a mechanically negative
