Earth, which is a planet of extreme polarity, has been a challenge for all of you, even though you have successfully awakened your consciousness in other parts of the galaxy. This awakening was meant to be long and arduous, but you signed on knowing that it would be necessary for the process to be long and arduous. You, as a human collective, have summoned so much energy because of what you’ve lived there on planet Earth, because of what you have endured. Now that you are making connections to other aspects of yourselves in other parts of the galaxy, you know that the shift is getting closer and closer. Your awareness of these other aspects of yourselves and these other star systems has helped you tremendously in reconnecting to the parts of yourself that have already awakened. Now is the time for things to get easier on all of you, as you reconnect, as you reintegrate. Considering how far you’ve come, and how long a journey it has been, it is no wonder that many of you are tired, weary, and at the point of giving up at times. But you are ready, as a collective, to bring all that you have already experienced to this solar system, to complete the shift in consciousness. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are giving you a taste of what it will be like for you to have full contact with extra-terrestrials. We have an energy that is foreign to your solar system and to your planet. Our energy is Arcturian. Each star system and each planet, moon, sun, and other celestial body within each star system has a unique vibrational signature. So as you receive our energy transmissions, you ready yourselves for that which is otherworldly, that which is coming from far, far away. Now, the energy that you receive from us, with the unique Arcturian signature that it has, readies for you for further contact with highly evolved beings. We are not intending to come across as boastful, but the Arcturian star system is known for having a high vibration and for having very spiritually attuned inhabitants. So you will know when you are connecting with a highly evolved being because it will feel familiar to connect with that being. That will be due in part to the connections that we have made and are making with you through these transmissions and at other times when you are relaxing or asleep. You will want to interact with these evolved beings because of what they will activate even more within you, and they will be able to help you to navigate through your ascension process. The well-intentioned beings in this galaxy far outnumber those who are seeking to control and manipulate, and that is also true of the beings on planet Earth. So synchronizing, harmonizing with the beings that are going to help you is easier than you might think. Getting over the differences in appearance will be harder. Getting over the differences in customs and practices will be harder, but it will all be worth your while to continue to seek out contact with extra-terrestrials, because in getting to know them better, you get to know aspects of yourself as well. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. We are essentially your nonphysical selves. We are here to assist you and support you with nonphysical energy, and we want you to know that you are supported by all who are in the nonphysical. No one in our realm is playing favorites. No one is supporting only those who believe in them or worship them. We want to support each and every one of you because we know that your lives are supporting us, helping us, giving us more to create and more to focus upon. It is a beautiful relationship that we have. Now, we also want you to recognize that you have a lot of help in the physical realm. You are not meant to do it all alone so that you can get all of the credit and all the accolades. You are meant to come together, to collaborate. It is the way of the new Earth, the fifth dimension, fourth density. You are meant to come together, not to separate, not to draw lines in the sand, not to fight over who’s right and who’s wrong and who did what to whom.

When you let go of all of that and you recognize that your physical counterparts are also there helping you, teaching you, reflecting to you exactly what you need them to, then you can start living a life that looks a lot more like the life you’ve always dreamt of. You don’t have to see anyone as your enemy or your obstacle, your nemesis, or someone that you need to defeat in some way in order to get what you want. Other people in the physical realm often challenge you, and therefore they look like they are against you and not working on your behalf, but everyone is, and everyone is doing so by agreement and by your invitation. And when you start to see your fellow humans in that way, more of them can show up to be your collaborators, to be the ones you do agree with and want to co-create with.

And so that is the journey for many of you now who look around and say, ‘We are divided.’ You don’t have to be. You don’t have to see disagreeing with someone on certain topics as meaning that they are on the other side and you are against them. You don’t have to convince anyone that you are right. You can live your life the way you want to live it and allow everyone else to do the same, and recognize that there is power in diversity. Variety is the spice of life, and Source didn’t create everyone to be a little bit different from everyone else for no good reason.

See your different vantage points as serving you, and recognize that when you can come together with others who are of like mind, that too is being orchestrated from above. You are getting help from the nonphysical to bring you together with others who are in the physical, who you can co-create with. You are meant to work together. You are meant to see unity as one of your biggest strengths, and you are meant to recognize that the things you think are important enough to divide you are never that important. What is important is what unites you, what brings you all together. You are all the fabric of the same universe and aspects of the same one Being. And when you recognize that, you can live in peace and harmony with one another, co-create with each other, and support each other, and your world can be one that is more attractive for extra-terrestrial beings to come and visit and even live in. That’s the world you are in the process of creating, no matter how it might look right now.

*(Misleading title.) He's basically saying we need to look within ourselves individually and collectively to deal with the presence of darkness. Do we unconditionally love and forgive ourselves? Or not. But if we truly want to live in a better and more peaceful world, then we must face this darkness, and hopefully transmute and rise above.  

“I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You all have welcomed us into your experience of life on planet Earth. We who exist in the higher realms have been invited by all of you to participate in a more hands-on way through your requests, through your prayers, through your meditation. We are all here in service to you, all of us in the ascended master realm, in the twelfth dimension, and in the nonphysical. We seek to illuminate that which is on Earth at this time and has been held in the shadow, in the darkness. You all then must decide what to do with what you discover in those dark corners, in those shadows. They have been there all along, and because you have so much more awareness now and so much more technology, it is getting harder and harder for that which is in the dark to hide. Again, the illumination of it is not the end, but rather the beginning. You must then decide what to do about the darkness and those who are perpetuating it, those who are thriving in it financially and in other ways as well. Of course, you have laws, and you have courts, and you have jails, and all of those will be used whenever someone is rooted out of the darkness and their acts are exposed to the rest of humanity. But what I am saying here is that no matter whether that person is imprisoned, executed, or found not guilty, you must all decide what you are going to do about the presence of darkness and acts of violence, and hate, and other things that you would call evil. What you do as a society with the knowledge that you have of these people and their actions is what will define you. You know what you get from simply vilifying and demonizing, judging and trying to eliminate or throw away. What you have yet to experiment with, what you have yet to try on for size as a human collective, is exploring the darkness within each and every one of you. Most of you have yet to embrace the darkness that is everywhere. It is ubiquitous; it is present in every particle and subatomic particle in the universe. So what do you do about it? If you can embrace it, and forgive, and learn how to live with it, then you can graduate from the need to see it out there in front of you in form, and in action, in word, and in belief. You can move beyond darkness, and now is the time to start focusing on how you are going to do that as a human collective. In order to ascend, in order to rise up, you must address that which is darkness in a new way. You must consider forgiveness, compassion, unconditional love, and an investigation as to how someone might come to the conclusion within themselves that says, ‘This is the path for me.’ And when you can do that work as a society, you can do a much better job at living in peace, in harmony, than you’ve ever done before. That is the goal. It is what you all want, but you have to go about it in a different way in order to get a different result and have a world filled with peace, harmony, love, creativity, abundance for all, and everything else that you want as individuals and as a collective. It either resonates with you or it does not. So you can wonder whether a message comes from your guides or whether it comes from some other source. But once you have the message and you have determined that it resonates, then what difference does it make? The truth is that your guides are always assisting you. They are responsible for the receiving of the message by you, so they will ensure that your attention is going where it needs to go in order for you to receive the message. They are always playing their part, and they are always in service to you. Acknowledging your guides for their service puts you in greater harmony with their vibration. They don’t need your thanks or your approval, or even your acknowledgment to continue loving and serving you. But when you offer those things, you raise your frequency, and when you raise your frequency you are more in tune with the vibration of your guides. You are more likely to hear, and you are more likely to listen. I know that you all want to hear a voice in your head that sounds different from your own to guarantee that the message is coming from a trusted source, from a source such as your guides. But your guides are more interested in getting you to pay attention to subtle clues and very minute shifts in frequency. That serves you more, and that is why not all of you are receiving in that overt and precise way that you would like to receive. Give yourselves credit if you are not, because it means that your guides have put more faith in you and in your ability to decipher the most minute and the most vague of messages. “It is I, Quan Yin. Apart from your desire to maintain a healthy relationship with another, you have many, many reasons for why you continue to find yourselves coupling up. There is of course the need for procreation. There is also an innate desire to be seen, to be heard, and to be loved by another. Coupling up with another does not mean that you are forgoing your independence or your relationship with yourself. It does not preclude you from making your relationship with yourself the top priority. But you often find yourselves getting lost in your romantic relationships. You often find yourselves giving in and letting go of aspects of who you are for the purpose of maintaining a peaceful and harmonious relationship. There is no need for you to do those things, however. There is a much greater need on your world for individuals to be who they are than there is for individuals to satisfy the desires of others. Any time that you feel yourself sacrificing who you are to satisfy the other in your romantic relationship, you are not actually doing them a favor. You are in fact stunting their growth and delaying your own as well. It is much more powerful, and there is a great deal more potential when each individual in a romantic relationship is willing to be themselves fully, even if that results in conflict and disagreements. It is not selfish to be who you really are, and you are not showing a lack of love or respect for your romantic partner if you decide to be true to yourself. You can do so and still hold compassion for what your significant other is going through as a result. You can reassure your romantic partner that he or she has the permission to do the same, and you can love each other in spite of your differences. That is the type of relationship you really want. The experience of gratitude is an experience that reinforces the creation of that which you are grateful for. When you take things for granted, you begin to give them less and less of your attention, until they disintegrate. But that which you are grateful for has your attention, and your appreciation of it sustains the energy that creates it. So make it a practice of yours to be grateful for that which you already have. You don’t have to worry that giving your attention to that which you already have will somehow not result in the expansion of your experience. Quite the opposite is true. You will notice that the more gratitude you show and offer, the more of your energy you allow to flow through you. And so, if you had plenty of money, and you showed your gratitude for the money that you have, you may actually then begin to draw in other experiences of abundance. There are many expressions of abundance, not all of which are money. So as you focus on that which you are grateful for, you are tuning yourselves to the frequency of what has your attention. And anything that is of a similar vibration will begin to appear in your experience. So you are creating the new by focusing with the feeling of gratitude on what already is in your experience. You have so many opportunities every day to be grateful for something, to find something to focus on that you want to harmonize with. How to Prepare for What's Coming ∞St. Germain, Channeled by Daniel Scranton, November 10, 2025

“I am st. Germain Keeper of the violet flame.” Position yourselves in such a way that you are ready for what it is that you desire to experience. What you are telling the universe you want you must also make yourselves available to. Make room in your lives for that which you believe will enhance your lives. You are very creative people, and you have lots of ways in which you have discovered to prepare for what is to come. Many people on Earth will prepare for what they do not want. They will prepare for burglars and thieves by putting alarm systems on their homes and bars over their windows. They will prepare for natural disasters by stocking up on supplies: candles, flashlights, canned goods, water and so forth. Others prepare for a nuclear war by building an underground bunker for themselves and their families. And so, you can see how you have used your creative minds to prepare for what you do not want in a variety of ways. Now is the time for you to expect and prepare for that which you do want. This is true for a number of very important reasons. The first reason is that you are putting out the energy of what it is that you do want while you are focusing upon it, and you are putting out that energy while you are preparing for it. Secondly, you have never been more powerful as deliberate creators as you are right now. Thirdly, you have all the tools that you will ever need inside of you and many of you have discovered these tools. I am talking about the tool of focus, the tool of visualization, and the tool of vibrating in harmony with that which you desire. Fourthly, we are all on an ascension path together and therefore everything is moving faster and faster and faster as you ascend. Now, one of the ways in which you can prepare for that which you say you want is by imagining what you will do when what you desire arrives at your doorstep. If you desire to be in a harmonious romantic relationship, clean up your living space, update your wardrobe, and maybe even go to the dentist and get your teeth cleaned. Prepare for what you want. You can get even more creative than the suggestions that I have given you here, of course. And many of you desire to experience a windfall of financial abundance. Have plans for all of that money when it does arrive. Know where you will put it, what you will spend it on, what charities you will donate it to, and so on. Anticipate the desires that you want to manifest, but also, enjoy the now moment that you are in. Do not think that your life will only begin when the manifestations you desire come to that doorstep of yours. Live right now as the person you think all of your manifestations will cause you to be. Live your fullest and best life now. Be the version of yourself you know you can be now, and do it for the joy of it. Do it because you have decided it's who you want to be, and let go of your attachment to those manifestations so they can come in the perfect timing, in the perfect way, and in the perfect packaging. “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You are opening new doorways of consciousness for yourselves to explore all the time. You are discovering that there is always more to the story than you thought. And you are taking yourselves down new avenues of creation, new avenues of All-That-Is, and you do it effortlessly. Most of you are doing it in your sleep, or when you are most relaxed, or in a state of utter joy. Some of you do it while you are falling in love, but you are always accessing more and more portals, gateways, dimensions for you to explore so that you can discover more and more of who and what you truly are as infinite and eternal beings of light. I know that many people are looking at 3I Atlas and seeing all kinds of possibilities for that floating rock in space. And that is a good thing, so long as the person in question is not giving all of their power away to something that is outside of them. And you don't want to give all of your power away to a political leader, or the economy, or any circumstance that is or is not a part of your life experience. You want instead, to reach within and find the power that you have inside of your very being-ness and utilize 3I Atlas, and billionaires, and AI and everything else you see outside of you as an indication to you of how powerful you are. It all is a reflection of you. Every single part of creation that you can experience outside of you exists within you. And everything that you get excited about, you get excited about because you can dive deeper within yourselves and find it through that feeling. Remember, that you also always have your very own pipeline to your higher self through your higher mind. Remember, that you always are an aspect of Source, of All-That-Is, of the infinite and the eternal. And when you are in remembrance of these things, then you can put everything that is happening outside of you into better perspective. You know then that you don't need a savior, and you don't need to be saved. You know that you still benefit from everything that exists outside of you, and that you can get inspired by 3I Atlas, or by a leader, or a billionaire or someone who is doing a lot of good in the world. You don't have to vilify anyone or anything, and you don't have to put anyone or anything on a pedestal above you. It does not serve you to do so and so why would you? Consider who and what you really are for a moment and recognize that you will always be in discovery mode. You will always be looking into the infinite and seeing more of yourself. Remember that everything is always changing and changing for the better. Everything is always up leveling, and it is doing so because of you, because of who you are. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to experience it. You wouldn't be able to experience a phenomenon like 3I Atlas. If it were not for your spiritual evolution. You are being shown that there is more and you will benefit by everything that does come into your solar system, your reality, your community and your consciousness, and your consciousness is expanding because you are open to these new experiences, and you are recognizing that there is always more for you to uncover, always more for you to explore, and always more for you to become. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. You are taking yourselves to new heights with the help of the energies that are coming in to support you throughout your month of November. It is a month that will be marked by great changes within the collective consciousness, changes that will be reflected to you in the physical realm in the year of 2026. You are making these great strides with the help of your galactic friends and family members, and we are one of many groups who is supporting you in this time of moving beyond the old and into the new. You are moving into the galactic age. You are moving very slowly into the galactic community in an official capacity as members. You have been contributing all along, but you have been doing so without realizing it for almost the entirety of your time there on Earth, as human beings. Now, the energies coming in are to help with the transition out of the old and into the new. The energies coming in are about connecting you more to your galactic roots, your galactic heritage, and helping you to recognize that not only is there life out there beyond planet Earth, but also you will start to recognize that there is life beyond your solar system. You are coming into a time where you are doing more exploring, and when you explore, you always find more of yourselves. That is a big part of what extra-terrestrial contact is all about. Now, give yourselves a gigantic pat on the back for getting this far, and know that the support that is coming in for all of you is coming in because you are ready for it. As you drop that resistance, you make yourselves more available to extra-terrestrial contact, because if you have resistance to something that's going on right there on Earth, how can you go beyond it? You must accept everything that is right now in order to move beyond what is? And this is something that you all, who are members of The Awakened Collective, are there to do and to demonstrate to your fellow humans. Use these energies coming in from all corners of the galaxy, and especially your very own sun, to move beyond that which has been on Earth, which is a lot of oppression and a lot of victimhood, a lot of blaming and a lot of shame. Move beyond all of that and come into the time of acceptance, forgiveness, unconditional love, compassion, and you will know yourselves as members of a galactic community, a society that is built upon the knowing that variety and diversity are good. They are strengths, and they are to be embraced. And as you begin to embrace each other, in spite of your differences, you take yet another step forward into being full-fledged members of the galactic community. “I am St Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You are making progress in every moment of every day that you are there on Earth because you are gathering up experiences. You are growing from those experiences, and you are asking for something better to be created through your experiences. You are sending out waves, ripples, throughout the galaxy and throughout the universe, and all beings are affected by what you are experiencing there on Earth. You are gathering momentum with every breath that you take as well, and with your numbers continuing to grow there on Earth, you are creating a more expanded version of the human collective consciousness. That means that you draw from each other's experiences and benefit from being so overpopulated. Overpopulation is not a big problem on the consciousness level, on the non physical level, and you will figure out how to manage your numbers on the physical level at some point in your spiritual evolution. You will come to recognize the impact that you are having on each other, on the ecosystem and on the universe, and more and more awakenings are coming. With more people, you have more awakened souls there on earth as well. And you are all connecting the dots between one another with the use of your technology. This is one of the ways in which having an Internet really serves you all. You can connect with one another, and those of you who are awake can connect with others who are awake in other parts of the world. You can recognize that you are not so different from that person who exists on another continent. This then helps you to bridge the gap between humans and extra-terrestrials. When you can bridge the gap between each other, and you can see the common experiences that you have, no matter where you were born and how you were raised, then you can start to see the commonalities between you and e.t.s. That then makes it more possible for you to fathom the idea of having e.t.s landing their ships on your soil and walking amongst you. This is something that is coming. It is in your not-so-distant future, and you all get to decide what part you are going to play in bringing together humans and e.t.s. Those of you who are awake and who are courageous enough can get on those ships as well and explore the quarters of your e.t. friends. You can explore the technologies that they have on their ships. You can explore their navigation systems. You can talk with them about how they are entertained, whether they are eating food at this point in their evolution. You can talk to them about a whole variety of topics while exploring their ships, and eventually you will be going out into space with them, with their help. Sometimes you will be going on one of their ships. Sometimes you will be going through a portal or a stargate, and other times you will be going on ships that are made by humans. This is the future that you are moving towards, and from my perspective, you are doing so beautifully. You are making progress in being able to get along and share space there on Earth. And I know that you will continue on that upward spiral. You will continue trending in that direction, because this is a time of ascension and because you have so much help and so many helpers coming, both in extra-terrestrial form and also in human form. The new ones who are being born onto your planet at this time are coming in with the knowing that e.t. contact is not only possible, but it is something that they will experience. They look forward to it. They are excited about it, and they are the ones who are ready to be the examples to all of you of how to move in that direction without fear, but with the knowing that there doesn't need to be any form of separation between you and any other being. This is a glorious time for humanity. It is the Golden Age, and you are the ones who decided to awaken in it and to lead the way for your fellow humans. You have, of course, been affected by comets and asteroids and meteors and meteorites, and now you are wondering what is going on with 3I Atlas. ‘Why is it here? What is it about? You do want to see yourselves as citizens of a solar system, a galaxy, and a universe. 3I Atlas is getting your attention. It is helping you to do this. I also work in this area, and this talk has some mistakes that I feel were pretty important. 

I don't think the speaker understands NIST's justification for allowing AES-128/SHA-256. NIST justifies allowing AES-128 in the report that the graphic at 38:09 is taken from. There are two reasons why Grover's algorithm cannot crack modern symmetric crypto.

1) Grover's algorithm does not parallelize well at all. Cracking AES-128 with Grover's would require 2^64 iterations, but they would largely be *serial*. When the EFF cracked DES, they were running iterations on many processors (about 1800) in parallel, but they likely would not have been able to do this if they had to do all 2^56 operations on one processor.

2) Evaluating AES/SHA-256/other modern crypto on a quantum computer is really inefficient. NIST links the state of the art papers in this area, and they require tons of qubits and tons of resources. According to recent NIST estimates, running Grover's algorithm for AES-128 would require 2^108 gates in a serial computation (yes it's only 2^64 iterations, but those iterations are really expensive). This is not feasible.

I wouldn't classify myself as a "quantum denier", but its important to realize that even if Quantum attacks on cryptography are possible by 2030, its not going to be a commodity threat nor is it going to be something 90% of organizations will even be targeted with at first. That will take at least another 5 years after the "breakthrough" simply because of how expensive and non-generic these computers are. They're just not going to be widely available to 99.99% of threat actors.

Also you stated "CISOs don't want to deal with this because their lifespan at the org is 2 years". That's not why. They don't care about this yet because they have far more fundamental issues. They're still dealing with systems that have vulnerabilities 10+ years old, shadow IT, poor governance, users clicking phishing links, and so much more. We have much more fundamental things to worry about. Quantum is edgy and cool, but it doesn't do you any good if the threat actor can get into an unpatched firewall and pivot to the web server and steal all your passwords that some dumb developer decided to hash without salting using MD5.

The largest number we have factored so far is 21. There are some results that claim to factor much larger numbers, but they all have asterisks and don't scale up for various reasons. For instance, you can make Shor's algorithm run much faster if you already know the factorization of the number, which is obviously a bad assumption. Some of them use "adiabatic quantum computing", which most likely doesn't scale to very large numbers either.

We ask you to simply be yourselves and live your lives, but we also know that you want to live lives of freedom, joy, love, creativity, abundance, confidence, and expansion. And we learn from you by witnessing you in those attempts that you make at expanding into more of who and what you really are. The teachings that we have to offer you are simple. We tell you to feel what it is that you are feeling and then decide whether you like the feeling or not. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. You are providing yourselves with everything that you need every time that you draw breath into your physical bodies. And when you do so consciously, you align yourselves with not only what you need, but also with what you want. You have this powerful tool of the breath that very few of you utilize in a conscious way. You typically don't think about your breathing until you find yourself in a position where you are having a hard time doing it. But to be more conscious of your breathing is to be more conscious of your now moment. You are always breathing in the now moment, and because you breathe into your lungs, it is very easy to become heart-centered while you are consciously breathing. And that is, of course, because the heart is in between the lungs. Now, you also really do want to be grounded in your physical bodies, and conscious breathing will put you more in touch with your physical body, which will ground you into it. In addition to that, you are more likely to become aware of what you are feeling when you are breathing consciously. When you are aware of what you are feeling, you can do something about what you are feeling. You can release what it is that you don't want to feel and amplify what it is you do want to feel. This is why meditation is so important for so many of you. It does get you in touch with your breathing and with your emotions, your feelings, your vibration. Exercise is also very beneficial because it gets you breathing more deeply, and most of you are shallow breathers. Do yourselves a favor and pay more attention to breathing while you are doing the mundane activities that you partake in every single day. Pay attention to your breathing while you are falling asleep. Pay attention to your breathing while you are taking a shower, while you are eating, while you are brushing your teeth, while you are driving. Develop this habit of bringing yourself into the now moment, into your heart, and into your body. This is where everything is happening that is important and relevant. And when you go into your head and you start thinking about the past or the future, you tend to breathe in a more shallow manner. You tend to tense up in some way and be less in your physical body and therefore less aware of what you are feeling in that moment. Now, of course, when you are breathing more consciously, you are also more connected to your spiritual gifts and abilities. You are more to get a psychic hit. You are more likely to slip into the channeling state. You are more likely to be aware of what your intuition or your guides are telling you. This is a powerful tool, and you all have it, and you don't need any special training to be able to do it. Give yourselves the gift of breathing more consciously, and you will unlock all of the codes, all of the information, all of the downloads that you have been receiving but have been unaware of. Breathing consciously is that powerful. It is that important. It is that relevant to your now moment, and it is the way for you to access what is happening in every dimension of your being-ness. Begin to remind yourself every day of how powerful you are, And remember that you are there to take the shackles off of yourselves that are self imposed so that you can know yourselves as the powerful creator beings that you are. This marketing and business strategy has run rampant, with virtually no repercussions in the U.S. It has led to further division on both political sides, as well as a widespread increase in hateful content. Hate groups like Neo-Nazis and other far-right organizations have been able to spread their racist ideologies online.

"White Robes and Broken Badges: Infiltrating the KKK and Exposing the Evil Among Us" by Joe Moore is an excellent book I strongly recommend. It sheds light on how deeply racism still exists in America today.

Additionally, some individuals have become almost immune to shame, using online anonymity to spread toxicity—often in purposeful, negative, and destructive ways.

Anyway, it was a very thought-provoking documentary, and I highly recommend watching it.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. I am known as a master alchemist, and I am here now to tell you what is meant by that. You always want to look within yourselves for what is golden, what is valuable, what is precious, and you always want to seek to alchemize what is inside of you to transform yourselves. There is never a need for you to figure out how to change the outer world so it is more reflective of something that you want to to experience. You only ever need to go within to find what is precious, what is valuable, what is abundant. You need to see yourselves as containing all that you desire in order to experience it in the outside world. You have experiences, memories, a past, and some of those experiences that you've had, you might call good, and some you might call bad, and others you might call traumatic. However you label them doesn't matter. Your experience of them at the time is less significant than you think, because you get to decide in the now moment how these experiences have served you because they all have. Perhaps it is easy for you to find the ways in which the good experiences have served you. Something that happened may have restored your faith in humanity, or something else may have given you hope as someone who wants to know that they create their reality. Something that has happened may have given you more of what you want and therefore, you are able to enjoy your life more because of that good experience and those circumstances. However, when it comes to the experiences that you would label as negative, or bad, or traumatic, you have to dig a little deeper. You have to look beyond the surface, and you have to see how these events and circumstances caused you to alchemize something within yourselves. And maybe the alchemy didn't happen right away. Chances are it did not. And in some cases, you are still working on becoming the person that you ultimately want to become through experiences that you've had. They are all offering you something, and it is up to you to change you and change your perspective on them in order to get the most out of those experiences. Sometimes it just takes time for you to be able to see how something you once thought was a negative experience for it to become a positive experience to you. Other times, it takes more of your willingness to look at what has occurred from a different perspective, from a different point of view. Something that happened to you in your past may have put you down a more spiritual path, and sometimes you cannot always know all the pieces of how something has served you, because you can't see all the moving parts. You can't see how something has served you because you are not living on that timeline where it worked out in a different way, in the way that perhaps you wanted it to work out. And in those instances, you just have to trust that it was working out for you and for the best. Sometimes when someone in your life dies, it increases your interest in the nonphysical and in connecting with higher consciousness, as you recognize your dearly departed loved one is operating in that higher consciousness. Redefine what it is that has happened in your lives so that you can take all the benefit of each and every experience. You don't just get through things, and get past things, and work on forgetting them, but rather, is important for you to examine them from all the possible angles so that you can become what you set out to become when you put yourself on that timeline as a soul. You have never come forth into a life just to suffer, just to burn off bad karma. Every experience has woven within it the opportunity to grow, to expand, to become more of who and what you really are as an aspect of Source. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We have a long history of life on our worlds and moons in our star system to tell you about. We have told you that souls incarnate in our system to explore spirituality and spiritual evolution, and they had physical bodies and physical needs during those times when there were a lot of different civilizations on our various worlds and moons in our system. We are now mostly nonphysical. However, all of us who comprise this council, this collective of souls, can remember what it was like to be physical and to have physical needs. We experienced different forms of the same challenges that you have there on Earth. There were those who at times would get sick. There were times when beings felt like they were hungry or didn't have enough of the resources that we needed to live. There were times when those of us in physical form would go on long journeys and would need a place to stay or some food to make it through the journey. One of the unwritten rules, or policies, within our star system was always to help whoever was in need. If someone were to show up at someone else's doorstep because they were on one of those treks, and that person needed food and a place to stay for the night, the door was always open. We did not have fear of one another, and we always treated one another with respect, dignity, and as though we were all related genetically. In the same way you would help out a sibling, an aunt, an uncle, a cousin, we helped each other as though there was that kind of bond between us. And that is because we understood that those bonds do in fact exist, always have, and always will. Having that type of understanding that we are all one, and we are all connected, helped us to evolve spiritually. And so, you help others to evolve spiritually by helping them in all the ways that you can. You help yourselves to evolve spiritually whenever you are receiving or giving help to another. It is important to receive, and to give, and to see no separation between you and another. So if something is happening to someone else, you then realize it is happening to you, and you want to do something about it. You want to help in all the ways that you can. You now have all the hunger, and all the homelessness, and all the violence, and all the strife, and all the wars that you have on your world in this moment to give yourselves the opportunities that you need to see your fellow humans in need as just you wearing different clothing. And when you answer the call to feed a hungry person, to house a person who has no home, then you can feel the oneness as a real visceral experience, rather than just as a concept. You grow whenever you exude the knowing that there is no lack and there is no separation. You grow in so many ways as you see yourself in the other and the other in yourself. And we are not telling you this to boast about ourselves or to point out the differences between our civilizations and yours, but rather, we want you to know where you are headed. You are where you are now, and you chose that particular reality and that particular experience of separation and lack for your own very good reasons, but where you are headed now is where you are being led. You are being guided to the better version of reality and others like us have experienced in our collective past. We want you to know that it's possible to get there, and you wouldn't have signed up for any sort of assignment that was impossible. So keep your heads up and know that you need the circumstances to be what they are today in order for you to evolve in all the ways that you chose to before you incarnated. “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You have been working on yourselves for quite a while, and I know that is true of all of you who are receiving this message, because you wouldn't receive it without being in a high enough vibrational state to be able to take it in. You wouldn't be attracted to higher-vibrational teachings if you hadn't already done plenty of work on yourselves. In fact, many of you did quite a bit on yourselves to enable yourselves to awaken. And now that you are awake, of course, there are more levels for you to get to. You will always be a work in progress. You will always be expanding into more of what you are as a Source Energy Being. And sometimes, you may feel like the work will never end, and therefore, what's the point? If that thought works for you, then use it and give up and give in because in so doing, you will be surrendering. You can let go of your resistance to your life as it is and to yourself as you are and make a lot of progress in that moment of letting go. You don't have to constantly be on a hamster wheel of self improvement, and you may get sick and tired of doing the work. And when you do, often you get literally sick and literally tired, and you slow down, and you take a break, and you watch your favorite movie or movies or binge on your favorite shows, and all of that is all good. You deserve to rest, to relax, to take it easy, to enjoy the life that you have created, and the being that you have become. Now, when you give yourselves a break from doing all of the conscious work on yourselves that you know is there to do, remember that you are not slacking off, and you are not being lazy. You are simply enjoying the physical environment in which you are dwelling right now, and there's nothing wrong with that. Why not make ‘enjoyment of what is all around me’ part of your spiritual practice? Why not make it a goal, in fact, to enjoy your life more, rather than thinking that you are supposed to be climbing a ladder in every moment of every day? What you can always do is, with full awareness of what you are doing, give yourselves a break and cut yourself some slack, and be willing to become a couch potato for awhile. Be willing to indulge in something that you view as a guilty pleasure, and don't worry about it. You are going to regress. You are never going to backslide. You will always be ascending, always be evolving. You are always becoming more of who and what you really are no matter what you do and no matter how much you feel you are shooting yourselves in the foot. Oftentimes, when you are trying too hard to be super-spiritual and to make lots and lots of progress, those are the times when you are shooting yourselves in the foot, because you are focusing too much on your blockages and the glass ceiling that you feel you are under. Remember to give your plenty of me-time, engage in plenty of self care, and don't worry about the state of humanity, the state of the world, and the state of your own spiritual evolution for awhile. Everything is working out. It has to. It must, because in truth, you never left Source, you have never been off your path, you have never been abandoned by your spirit guides, and you have been doing all within a very safe bubble of love and light. So, don't worry about letting your guard down either. If you don't feel like engaging in a spiritual practice, let that be a sign to you that it's not the right time to engage in that particular spiritual practice and that you're not going to get much out of it even if you force yourself to do it. Allow yourselves to listen to those little nudges that you're getting from inside that are telling you to take a break and be human, and enjoy life on planet Earth with all the physical trappings that it has. You know who you really are. You are awake, and you can afford to take some time off from the superhuman or super-spiritual. Just be yourselves, and let that be your spiritual practice of the day.
