Transcript: My understanding of that is limited because, again, Bashar hasn't talked a lot about it, but there is definitely an extraterrestrial underground base there. A lot of what you may be referring to may be in connection to the fact that this base exists. I'm sure there's a portal there that their ships can go in and out of, and that humans may sometimes interact with. Furthermore, there are definitely factions of our government—or certain scientific factions—that are aware of that extraterrestrial base and are interacting with the ETs there, as well as in several other bases.
That is one of the things that will also be revealed during open contact: where all the bases are, and the fact that extraterrestrial hybrids, who were not born on this planet but can blend in with us, have been living and working among us. They will be revealed to us so that we can interact with them more directly, and let's say the "pure" extraterrestrials will be introduced after that.
So, first it would be: "Here are our ships, undeniable." Then: "Here are our bases. Now you know where they all are and how long they've been there." Next: "Here are the extraterrestrial hybrids who have been living and working among you, trying to help you move forward." And finally: "Here are the pure extraterrestrials." All of this will happen in sequence over a relatively short period of time, beginning in a year or two when open contact starts to happen during or after full disclosure.

A possible sequence of events:
The Ships: Undeniable proof of their spacecraft.
The Bases: The location of every base and how long they have existed.
The Hybrids: The introduction of the hybrids who have been quietly working to help humanity progress.
The Extraterrestrials: The formal introduction of pure extraterrestrials.
