“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very pleased to offer you the second pillar of the four pillars of our teachings. The first one, as many of you certainly recall, is acceptance. After you accept everything as it is, you usually then have someone to forgive. In other words, most unwanted situations that exist on your world and in your lives involve a person, and that person might be you yourself. And so, whomever you hold responsible for what it is that you had to come to acceptance about is the person you need to offer forgiveness to. Now, there are many reasons why forgiveness is so important. One of the most important reasons is that you release resistance. You also then release tension in the body. You release anger and hate, and possibly even fear. If you are living in fear that another person is going to do something again to you, or to someone else, or to all of humanity, then you are attracting that set of circumstances to you through the fear. You are also focusing in a way that does not serve you. So, as you forgive, you do forget, which means you release whatever it is, or whomever it is, from your point of focus. Therefore, you stop creating more chaos, mayhem, havoc. You stop creating more issues, problems, and challenges, and you do so through the simple act of forgiveness. In the act of forgiving another, you are also forgiving yourself. Any judgment that you place on another that then requires you to forgive that person is a judgment you are likely to hold against yourself as well. You know that you are not perfect and that you've made your mistakes, and even if you haven't done in this lifetime what that other person has done, some other aspect of your oversoul is doing it right now. So, whether you are forgiving this physicalized version of your oversoul right now in this lifetime, or forgiving some other aspect of your oversoul, you are still forgiving you when you forgive someone else. You also take yourself out of judgment mode, and if you are ever in judgment mode, you are likely to judge yourself just as harshly as you judge another. Now, if the person that you need to forgive is yourself, you can see why that would be beneficial to you. Let yourself off the hook. Let what you did or didn't do, or said or didn't say, go so that you can learn from it, grow from it, and move on with your life. If you are not willing to forgive yourself or another, you also need to investigate why. There would always be a reason why you would refuse to offer that forgiveness, and if you can figure out what that reason is, then you can let go of that reason and come into the joy and the freedom of forgiveness. When you forgive, you then also allow another person to change instead of holding them in that very tight box that you've put them in of the wrongdoer. And you want to see other people who you are sharing this planet of yours with grow. You want to see them evolve. You want to see them reflecting to you what you are capable of. You also, in your forgiveness, release any karma that exists between you and any other person. And what you offer another, another is then more likely to offer to you. So, if you want to receive forgiveness from others, then start offering some forgiveness yourself. Once you release someone from your judgment and your condemnation, you then get to move on to the third pillar of our teachings, which is compassion, and we will talk to you about compassion another time. We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

We have made mistakes in the past, and learned from those mistakes, and of course humans of Earth have a special place in our hearts. "All right, I'll say good day to you this day of your time.
This transmission has been titled, "What is God?" We understand on your planet there are many different ways that your people have of defining the concept of God. You use many different names, many different ways of describing the idea. "God," "Goddess," "All That Is," "Source." Different languages have their own words for that concept. But what is the idea of God really? From our perspective, it is literally "All That Is"; everything is made of it. It is, if you will, a type of consciousness, an energy. Its fundamental nature is non-physical.
The issue is that many people assign or ascribe certain qualities to the concept of God. Like Omniscience, it knows everything. Omnipresence, it is everywhere. Omnipotent, it is all powerful. The one that we would like to focus on though that is in a sense the most descriptive is omnipresent which means it is everywhere. But if you realize the true meaning of that word, then you would understand that the only way that something can literally be everywhere, no exceptions, is that it has to actually be everything itself. There can be no thing. There can be no space where it isn't, if it is truly omnipresent.
So the idea is that to be fully omnipresent, to be everywhere, everywhen, it has to actually be everything including the concept that you call empty space. There can be no idea, no concept, no thing that is not an expression of All That Is that is not an expression of what you call God. Therefore, all things are expressions of it, reflections of it, experiences of it by it. It is experiencing itself through all of the different things that exist. It is existence itself that is self-aware of its own existence. It is self-aware that it is existence itself, that it is consciousness itself. It is self-awareness.
And as we have said, the idea of that self-awareness, the recognition of itself existing has to come from the idea of creating within the unbroken One, the unbroken Self, the unbroken version of it, the homogeneous version that has no self-awareness, no reflection of itself, no awareness of its existence, but must contain some aspect that is aware of its existence. That awareness comes from the idea of being able to perceive something that is other than itself in a sense. Therefore, it creates within itself the idea of a reflection, the idea of something reflecting back to itself in order to have awareness of itself as a self, as something distinct.
But on that level of what you call God, the idea of any reflection is also made of its consciousness. And therefore all the reflections in some way, shape or form are conscious, self-aware. No matter that the expression of consciousness may be very different than what you would recognize as human beings as consciousness. Nevertheless, everything is made of consciousness, made of God, made of the only thing there is to make anything from.
And it isn't even the human interpretation that God created everything. It's just that God is everything. That's its nature. And everything is God. It has no beginning. It has no end. The concepts of beginningness and endingness are concepts within Source, within God, within Creation, within existence. It has no beginning. It has no end. So the fact that everything is God is just the nature of God. It is what it is and it is all that it is. It is All That Is.
So even in your western sacred texts that you refer to as the Bible, in the book of John chapter 4 verse 24, you will find that it says when defining God the very first sentence in John 4:24, is "God is a Spirit." The idea therefore using the colloquialisms of the day because they didn't have any other language any other way to express it, is simply saying God is by its fundamental nature non-physical. It is in other words, energy. It is existence. It is beyond the physical realm. Therefore, saying that humanity is made in the image of God, means that you are made in the image of spirit, not physically.
Because the idea is that anything and everything, physical and non-physical, is an expression of God, an expression of All That Is. It doesn't matter what you believe in that sense, in the sense of saying, well, "God is this" or "Goddess is that" or what have you. It's a man, it's a woman, it's an animal, it's a tree, it's a thing, it's something beyond. It doesn't matter because anything that you can think of, anything you can imagine to call it is part of it, because there is no outside to it. There is nothing that is not it.
So it doesn't really matter and it doesn't really care that you might have nine billion different names for it. Nine different ways of expressing what it is, different religions, different ideas. No one is more right than the other. You can say it's a teapot and it will say, "Okay, I'm a teapot" because everything is made of me, including teapots, including trees, including glass, including windows, including stone, including air, including space, including stars, including planets, including people, including everything, water, everything is made of it, in different forms, different expressions of it.
We talked about the idea of the reflections by which it knows itself. Even physically as we have expressed the idea is similar to what your scientists have proposed as what is called the "Single Electron Theory," that every electron in existence is actually literally the same electron. Not the same kind of electron, the same electron. This is what we have talked about as well as the Prime Radiant, that there is only really One Thing, and it moves at infinite speed, so to speak, within the volume of space and time, so to speak, or what you perceive as those things. And it is so fast that it is actually everywhere at once next to itself over and over and over again, to give the illusion, to give the appearance of being a multitude of particles. But it is still the same particle.
All the particles in the chair, all the particles in the house, all the particles in the planet, all the atoms, all the subatomic particles that make up every star, every planet, every speck of dust within existence is the same one particle moving at infinite speed in different perspectives, different arrangements, different patterns next to itself over and over and over and over and over and over again infinitely to create what appears to be a multitude of particles in different forms, different relationships, different bonds, different shapes, different things, but all made out of the same one particle in the ultimate time-sharing program.
The idea therefore of the reflections of how far apart do these particles need to be to reflect the idea of one particle to another, to create the idea of self-awareness through the recognition of an other of something different than the self is what your scientists have discovered as the Planck Length or Plonck Length, however you want to pronounce in whatever dialect, that Planck length is the distance between the idea of one expression of the particle and another expression of the same particle and that distance is what causes the reflection so that everything is being reflected of itself by itself to create the idea of something other than itself to create the experience of self-awareness by seeing something other than the self.
So this happens with every single expression of that particle and thus overall in the existence creates the idea of God reflecting itself to itself within itself creating self-awareness by creating something that appears to be other than itself. Nevertheless, not meaning to get too deep into higher dimensional metaphysics, but the idea as we are expressing it is simply to know that everything is made of it. That it is everything literally everywhere. There is no space where it is not. Space itself is a concept within existence and therefore in a sense isn't really empty. It's just transparent to your senses.
Even though it is full of whatever it is that God is, be it energy, be it existence, be it consciousness, whatever you want to call it, whatever that quote unquote "material" is, whether it's solid, whether it's ephemeral, ethereal, doesn't matter. Whether it's opaque, whether it's translucent, transparent, doesn't matter. It's still an expression of the same one thing that everything is made out of that everything is a reflection of.
So, that is what God is. Everything, everywhen, everywhere, no outside to it. So, every being in existence is a reflection of it. Everything in existence is a reflection of it. It knows itself through all the reflections of its own self-awareness as All That Is as everything that exists as existence itself and that in a sense is God.
We thank you for allowing us to share this perspective with you. There are many ramifications that come from this idea that can be explored that are part of many of the other ideas and other information we have shared with you -- all folding back into the concept that there is one fundamental thing that in a sense, expresses itself as everything, through self-reflectivity, and therefore it is embedded deeply in all the metaphysical concepts and all the metaphysical experiences that you have ever had or will ever have in life. It all stems from the one deep understanding that it's all made of the same thing. God, Goddess, All That Is, Source.

When people meet me, they often only see a nonspeaking autistic person. They may notice the disregulation, the movements, the sounds — the ways my body does not conform to what the world calls “normal.” Some may assume limitation, or see someone who does not fully participate in society.
They are not entirely wrong. I do live with a body that struggles. I navigate a nervous system that does not always cooperate with my mind. I experience disregulation. I live with challenges that are visible and undeniable.
But I am far more than what is visible.
Through spelling as a form of communication — and through the steady belief of those who saw me when others could not — I found a way to be heard. Spelling gave me access to my voice. It allowed me to reveal the depth of my thoughts, my perception, and my inner life.
Because of the nature of my existence, I visually experience layers surrounding people, spaces, and emotion that extend beyond physical form. Years of living without reliable outward expression shifted my focus to perception. There, I began to recognize the subtle signatures of feeling — how emotions gather, expand, and fade. “Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very happy to deliver our teachings to you in these bite-sized packages. We know that many of you have heard us speak about the four pillars of our teachings. The first of those pillars is acceptance, and the reason why it is the first pillar is because you can't get very far without bringing acceptance in to your consciousness first. The reason why you accept what is as it is may not be for the reasons that you think. You accept what is as it is because it is Source Energy's creation. You accept what is as it is because resistance will only cause you to experience more of it. Many of you believe that acceptance means you are in favor of something, or you want more of it, or that you're going to get more of it if you accept it. You can be in acceptance of a condition, or a person, as they are and still not prefer that condition or to be around that person. You have free will. You get to choose to be around the people you want to be around. You get to choose to listen to the teachings of those that you like. But if you think that it is your job to wipe the Earth clean of all that is negative, or lower vibrational, then there's a lot that you still have to understand about creation. Creation is. Creation isn't going anywhere. All that has been created by Source serves a purpose. Therefore, you may not want to participate in it, and you may not like it, but you have to accept it as it is. You may not understand why Source would create something that horrible, but Source had Source's reasons. Therefore, in order for you to experience change, to experience a new set of circumstances, you must first accept all of Source's creations, including what you are facing in your life in this very moment. Once you do that and you drop your resistance to it, then its purpose is fulfilled, and it can move on, and you can move on. Whatever it is you are in resistance to would only stick around to give you more and more opportunities to get to the place of acceptance, and once you do, you have taken on the same perspective as Source. Now, we are all Source Energy beings, and we're all returning home to the Source Energy dimension of experience. Anything that puts us into alignment with Source and Source's perspective brings us closer to Source and feels good. We bring ourselves into alignment with Source, which allows all energies to flow, including the energies that you have summoned as a result of you being exposed to something that you initially did not accept. This is why acceptance is the first pillar of our teachings. This is why everyone on planet Earth would be living on a better version of planet Earth if they could just accept everything as it is on their version of planet Earth right now. We also notice what works and what doesn't. This is a learning experience for us because we are learning how to connect to other civilizations on other planets by learning from our experiences with you.
We do have some experience already in doing this to draw from, but you give us an opportunity to learn quite a bit because of how far you have gone into the depths there on Earth. Now, bringing yourselves out of the depths of darkness, even with help, is still a very satisfying and fulfilling experience for you. Those of you who chose to have this experience knew that you would be in for quite a ride, and you knew that you would have help. And you knew that you would want the help when you became ready to receive it, which you are now.
We are helping in a variety of ways. We are sometimes directly contacting scientists across the world, and other times we are intentionally dropping off technologies to be found and giving scientists downloads directly into their minds. We are working with those of you interested in spirituality as well to help you with your challenges, and there is so much more for all of you to receive, even before the ships arrive and land.
Not all ET contact experiences will be ones that you will have consciously, so remember that you don't have to have an ET standing in front of you to have a contact experience that helps you to grow enormously and with solutions to problems you have had for a long time.
Make a point of letting in the downloads that you want and need to let in, and you will be more consciously and deliberately working with all of us to create a better version of Earth for you to experience and better lives for you to live.
You have the willingness, and I know that. Just take the final step of opening up to receive us on a more regular basis, along with what we have for you. There is so much we want to give—so much for you to receive. So open up and receive what is being offered to you freely and with great love and joy in our hearts.

We seek to get you all to come to the conclusion that in a war everyone loses, and war only perpetuates war. If you approach every situation logically, you will see that you cannot attain peace with bombs and bullets. You have to come together and establish peace talks and treaties before the bombs are dropped. Now, when you make first contact, you are going to get help. You are going to be nudged in the direction of peace by several e.t. races. We are not going to force you to lay down your arms, but we are going to help you in arriving at that decision for yourselves. This is one of the many reasons for first contact. We are here to help. And so, you get to decide how you see yourselves and others, in the same way that we are choosing to see you as the perfect expression of Source Energy that you are. And when you recognize that you chose to take on certain challenges, and that you chose to not be great at everything that you would ever do from the very start, then you can be kinder and gentler with yourselves. If you truly understood that you were meant to go through a journey to experience an evolution, then you could be more forgiving of yourself for not having everything in your life together at all times in perfect order. You are meant to think for a while that you are not who you really are, so that you can have the experience of awakening to the truth of who you really are and feel what that feels like. Many of you still haven't fully absorbed the truth that you are an aspect of Source Energy, and so you need to be reminded again, and again, and again so that you don't get caught up in the idea of yourself as a human being with a finite number of years on planet Earth who has this history and has these accomplishments. You are so much more than that. You do not even need to ever measure yourself by what you have done and not done, by the mistakes that you have made, or the good deeds. It is time for you to come into alignment and to agree with us that you are perfect as you are. It is time for you to see yourself as Source Energy Beings, because when you do that, you will start to not only enjoy your lives more, but you will then begin to think, speak, and act as Source Energy Beings. If you think you are meant to perfect yourself as a human being, then you are thinking along the lines of, ‘I'll give myself this very conditional love when I live up to these conditions.’ And you don't want to do that. You don't want to live your lives like that. You don't want to see yourself as either a success or a failure. You want to understand that you are meant to have a lot of different experiences, some where you fly high, and some where you fall flat on your face. And when you don't take yourself so seriously, you can understand that every experience is valuable, and that no one else is keeping score. No one else is judging you as harshly as you are judging yourselves. And you don't even need to look at your life as having one singular purpose. You don't even need to think that if you only knew what that one purpose was, and you did it and did it perfectly, then you would be done. You don't need to think along those lines. You can enjoy your life because it's there, and because you're living it, and because you are there and you are living your life. You can enjoy it as it is. You can find joy in whatever the experience is, because you are that joy that you feel. Just like we advise you to love yourselves and others, not because anyone has earned that love, but because you are that love, and because you decide that you want to feel more of who you really are coursing through your veins. This can all be much easier if you let it be, and it does start with the basics, with the big picture, with zooming out long enough until you see yourselves as you truly are. “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You are in the midst of the Lion's Gate portal, and as you know, the gate will be wide open on August 8th, and you will have many opportunities to seize that moment, not just on the 8th, but all the way to the 12th of August. How do you seize your opportunities, you might wonder. This is a time of significance for both the spiritual and the material. This is a time for you to focus on what you want those Lion's Gate energies to do for you. If you are focusing on something that is more material, like a job, an apartment, a home, a car, more abundance, don't think that you are missing out on the spiritual side of it just because you're focusing on the material. The two are always intertwined, but you can focus on what it is that you desire to bring forth and that you want the Lion's Gate energies to help you with. If you are more focused on your spirituality, your spiritual gifts and abilities, on going higher in your consciousness, ascending more and more, utilize this time to sit, to quiet your mind, to open up, and to allow more of the high-frequency energies in. Because, of course, there are so many who are offering higher-frequency energies at this time, not just your sun, not just the Sirius star system, the Lyran star system, but many others are focusing on planet Earth at this time because of this important astrological event. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. There has been a shift going on in the consciousness of what you would refer to as the animal kingdom. The Earth is shifting, which means the plant and mineral kingdoms are shifting as well. And the animal kingdom is shifting along with the human collective. Many of you have an affinity for a pet, or several pets, and many of you feel a resonance with the animal life that you have on planet Earth. You recognize the high frequency that these beings are putting out. You see them as beings of service, because that’s what they are, and you feel attracted to their energy because they not only ground you to planet Earth with the energy they give off, but they also help you to attain and maintain a higher frequency state. If you watch the animals, it is easy for you to see how this is the case. You can observe how relaxed they are, how present they are, and how much they enjoy the simple act of being exactly who they are. They are the best spiritual teachers that you have on the planet. In many ways they are true extensions of Mother Earth’s energy. They are the essence of Earth in physical form, and they are maintaining a high frequency because it comes natural to them to do so. But they also agreed to be that for you. They agreed to always reflect to you that which you needed to see and to hold space for you as you make your transition with them. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are keeping up our side of the agreement that we have with humanity. We are checking in with all of you on a regular basis, seeing what it is that you need, and delivering to you the energies, the downloads, the upgrades, and the activations that you all request. Now, we are also encouraging all of you to relax more and do less because this is a team effort. And right now, your role on the team is to receive what you’ve already asked for and what we are consistently delivering. There are several ways we recommend all of you get into more of an open and receptive state. First of all, we recommend that you get grounded in your physical bodies. Secondly, we recommend that you relax by doing some conscious, slow, deep breathing. And thirdly, we recommend that you do something that you enjoy. As you tune in on a more regular basis to what’s going on inside of you, to your intuition, you will know when you are being guided and what you are being guided to. What your intuition is going to be giving you is the inspiration to go do something fun, something you enjoy, and something that you can do. So if you cannot drop everything and go move to Bali, for example, then chances are you will not be getting that intuitive hit. But if you can go make yourself a cup of tea, sit outside, and listen to the birds, and stare at the clouds, and that’s what you’re getting from within, then by all means follow through. Now, we mentioned going outside because we do feel that you are more likely to receive what we and others are offering to you if you are in contact with Mother Earth and feeling the positive energy coming from Mother Nature. If you have a pet that you can connect with, and you start to stroke your pet’s fur, or play with your pet, that will also put you in a more open and receptive state. We desire for you to receive our gifts and the other gifts that you have coming to you, but you don’t receive because you’ve been a good boy or girl. You receive because you stop trying so hard to make everything happen yourself, relax, and open up to all of the energies that are coming from the higher realms. You don’t have to earn anything, including the grace of Source, or Yeshua, or anyone else that you put on a pedestal. All you need to do is realize that you are that Source, you are that ascended master, and you’ve lived enough lifetimes there on Earth to deserve everything that you’ve asked for and more. We cannot force anything upon you, and neither can the archangels or the ascended masters. All we can do is keep offering our services to you and hope you get into a state where your vibration is high enough so that you can receive what we’ve offered. Remember that the next time you’re looking at your Things To Do Today list. Make sure that at the top of that list, you put, ‘relax, open up, and receive.’ And sometimes when that is your priority, everything else gets taken care of for you. “We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very excited to bring you this message about your month of August 2026. You are, of course, entering the month of August with the Lions Gate already open, and it will open to its widest point August 8th, as it usually does. In addition to those energies, you also have energies coming in at this time to support you all in the coming transitions. You are transitioning into a time where you will know, without a doubt, that you are not alone in the universe, and with the addition of extra-terrestrials to your overall idea of your universe and who you are in it, there will be massive and wholesale changes on your world. You will look at everything differently, especially religion, and all of these changes are going to require a transitional period. You need support from the likes of us and others throughout the galaxy, because these types of changes that are occurring require a certain amount of stability. And those of you who are awake and aware know that you are there to anchor in more high-frequency energy and more stability. You are there to be the leaders, the way-showers, the light-bringers. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help. You are coming along all the time, and you are much further along than many of you think. You are meant to be exactly where you are right now, individually and collectively. There is a lot going on there on Earth, and there is so much that you could focus upon. There is so much that could grab your attention, and you could absolutely get lost going down any number of rabbit holes. But you are there to choose and to choose consciously which timeline you want to be on, which reality you want to see more of. And therefore, you must be conscious of the fact that you are a conscious creator being in order to truly navigate your reality in a way that serves you the best. You are powerful beings, and you have the ability to focus and focus with clarity, focus with deliberate intent. So please do not let anyone else tell you that they know better for you or that they know what future you are destined to experience. Do not give your power away. It does not matter how many other people believe in something. That does not make it true. It does not make it true for you, but it does make it true in some reality that you can choose to experience or choose not to experience. You have in this moment more religions, more spiritual teachers, more philosophies, more ideologies on your planet than ever before. You have to choose. You get to choose. You can create your own of course, and it will be your own, because it will be slightly different from anyone else's. So don't worry about getting that right. Don't worry about having the right philosophy, the right approach. Whatever approach suits you in the moment is the one for you to be pursuing, and you can change your mind. You can change your approach. You can change your beliefs, and you will, and you must in order to evolve and in order to give your soul the experience that your soul wants. Your soul wants variety. Do not think you need to choose one perspective, one timeline, one belief system, and stick to it and remain faithful to it, because you don’t. You need to remain faithful to yourselves, to your inner truth, to your feelings to your inner knowing. You all have guidance, and that guidance is something that will always be there no matter what, but there are plenty of people who would like you to think that they have guidance for you that is better for you than your own personal guidance, and they are wrong. And some of them know this. Some of them do not. It is up to you to take whatever anyone offers to you and see if it works for you. And no matter how many times you have heard a person speak or a channeled entity be channeled, and no matter how many times you have agreed with what you have heard, you have the right to disagree. You have the right to your own perspective, your own feelings, and to follow the beat of your own drummer. And as you do that, you empower yourself. That is what we want for you.
